DMA Does DMZ Demigod Style (unsponsored)

Yeah, just peeped the video of you doing smith machine curls. Looking swole my man! I might incorporate those on arm day now

Those are basically Drag Curls, and their performed best in the smith machine, they kick a** I learned about them about 2 years ago in my musclemag and they do work man, definitely good to throw in your work out, they blast your bi's from a whole other angle and get that whole upper part I believe for the cut in between your shoulder and bi, brings the peak out a lot more... tell me about these spider curls! lol

yeah drag curls

Yea those Drag Curls, specially in smith machine are kick*ss man for real! they are noted mainly for bringing out the cephalic vein(I think I spelled it right?) the long one that runs down your Bi's, and it just demolishes them from a majorly different angle for sure!

You said this is your last week right? Have you still noticed the dropoff from OL to LGI dmz? Or has upping the dose kind of fixed it?

I realize it's all about the Pre Workout dose. And since I upped the LGI to 45mg PWO, my sessions have regained some intensity. But I still say that my overall feelings throughout the day, pre workout, workout intensity, blood pressure, and sleep are equal at 75mg LGI as they were 60mg OL. At this point it's a no-brainer which one is the better value. MG's per cap, per bottle, and price all favor OL.

Interesting, I'm running LGI right now. Next dmz cycle I run, I think Ill give OL's dmz a shot. I do 30mg pre workout, but the 45mg pre sounds tasty!

DMZ does sound pretty gangsta. Does the original superdrol not exist anymore? Is that why everyone running DMZ?

DMZ and a bunch of others. But correct, Superdrol was banned a few years ago.

drat. If I were to ever do a PH cycle it would be superdrol. Now it may be dmz. But I think I am going to skip the whole PH scene and do some AAS when I think I am at my genetic max.

Their Still selling superdrol clones though, are they not anything close to what the old one was? and I know dmz is supposedly considered almost the same, some have said that its as good but without the nasty sides....

Its literally like two superdrol molecules bonded together or something like that. Ultradrol man or some m1a. or some oxine will give you some huge size gains.

I like the idea of DMZ though. I literally just purchased 2 bottles of olympus labs dmz. going to run it in the new year.

Plan on doing an ostarine run after that. But definitely want to run this two months of DMZ for a gnarly recomp before summer.

I have never used SD. But I have done enough reading to know that every PH gets compared to it for a reason. Everything lives in SD's shadow.

I thought everything lived in the original Tren's shadow. Or Andro (what Mark McGuire and Sammy Sosa were taking)

Why not run Dbol instead of a PH? Its oral, bulking, tried and true. some of the PH are so new the potential side effects for future are unknown. Like Phera Phlex was shown to increase the size of the heart. NOT GOOD. And everyone was taking it before they figured that out.

Big rewards take big risks. The more mass you are putting on in the shortest amount of time have the biggest side effects and health risks.

Even with AAS man. Heart enlargement and neurotoxicity were huge factors.

Moral of the story, do it safely and in moderation.

True that! We all take risks. Just gotta be smart. Research is essential. Research and understand every aspect before you even begin to think you have it figured out. Nutrition is always underrated too. PH and AAS is like driving a performance Ferrari, but its your body. You can't just jump in a Ferrari and learn how to drive a manual transmission for peak performance. You gotta learn stick and hone your skills on more simple, easier, slower cars, to fully grasp the concepts of sports driving before jumping into and start racing that Ferrari like a champ! I feel as though I'm about ready to upgrade cars! My nutrition game is strong (took several sports nutrition classes in college), knowledge of training is good, knowledge of PH and AAS is still catching up to par with the help of you guys and the forums!

Have you ever made a deal with the devil?

Dma and NBSHAZEEZEE actually provide inspiration for me! As we speak they are driving that Lambo, and they are driving it right with no hiccups, no grinding gears or miss shifts. And most important of all, we are seeing PRs broken over and over like its the thing to do!!!!!!

I Agree HardEarned You, Dma,NBShazeezee,Yates84, Abe Lincoln,GOLIATH1,MCCREW20 and a Few others so far have been a huge trove of knowledge and experience for me as well as motivating forces.. HUGE Helps to me and I appreciate every little act of selflessness and couldn't have done any of this PH fun stuff without you guys!

I also looked at serratus strains and it just seemed to far toward the middle of the back to be what I'm experiencing. This is centered in the rib cage area where the bottom of the lat reaches it.

It is honestly irritated/torn intercostal tissue at the base insert of you lat man.

I had the EXACT Same thing where my abs insert into my ribs. And the pain was
Only in specific movements and sounds exactly like yours. Muscles grow faster but the insert holding the muscles and the surrounding tissues stabilizing the platform doesn't usually adjust as fast as your growing.

Source: suffered similar thing, also got some good schooling

I think GOLIATH1 got banned....

Dang, the Olympus Labs rep. Cool stuff!

I am up to 215-225 ish x 5 or 6. I would say 185 is a good feeling out / form checking weight.
okay I tried them tonight to get a feel for them, an got 195x8 and based on your logs we are similar in strength, so I'll start at 205 tomorrow. What do you like better pendlay rows or Kroc rows?

Hmmm...that's a good question. I'm going to say Pendlays. I feel like I am getting a better contraction with them. I don't have the grip issues with them. Maybe once I get some wrist straps my Krocs will feel better, but right now I have to concentrate so much on grip it takes away slightly from the movement. With Pendlays I can be explosive and really squeeze the back at the same time.

Hey dma were looking for loggers in tv promo section. I think Magnitropin would b an awesome addition to pct! Or even Alphadex if you're interested

Jump in on this DMA, I have run both and they produced great results. Just be aware magnitropin will have you eating all carbs in sight lol

Definitely more cost effective. And LGI is priced good but for far less mg's per bottle. I think I've been shutdown since before the DMZ. I think the 7 weeks of Ostarine shut me down. My libido disappeared around the 3rd week of Osta. I know there are conflicting opinions on whether or not Ostarine will shut you down, but I'm pretty sure it did. This is obviously just going on feeling not bloodwork.
Ostarine is definitely suppressive, it is only not suppressive at low doses like 3-7mg maybe but once you hit 10 it becomes suppressive might not shut you down but at 10 but it will lower test levels. Now 20+ for more than 4 weeks you can guarantee you are going to see decent suppression.

lol this^
Dmz is not sd

Quick question sorry for interrupting on your log dma!! if this is out of line tell me and ill erase this or I guess you can? lol: what is anyones experience or opinion on switching to a different methylated PH during a cycle? like going from two weeks of halo to say dmz maybe or something similar for the other 4 weeks??
Run that Halo for 8 weeks and you are going to see some very nice gains man. Just enjoy your current cycle.
Thanks man. Not sure when the initial injury happened, like I said I've felt it there for months but it was tolerable until today. As far as the 100 rep extensions and leg curls before the squats, I'm not a fan of doing it this way. Have tried it a couple times now and I don't like getting under the bar for squats with my legs already quivering. So won't be doing this anymore either.

YOur goal strength or hypertrophy? If you are going for strength I agree with your sentiment. If hypertrophy the whole point of training is stimulating muscle growth. YOu want to make things harder with less weight if you want to make it a long time in the hypertrophy game. Thrashing the quads and hams then doing your squats is an EXCELLENT way to do this. Both BPak, and John Meadows employ this strategy to get the most growth while limiting the risk of injury. You can't make gains when you can't lift...

Yeah without some wraps or versa grips Kroc rows can be a bitch but I would really be hard pressed to say which one of these would develop the most mass. They also tend to target slightly different parts of the back. I would include both of them or alternate them with each other each workout. I love doing different lifts in my workouts.

can someone please inform me on what Kroc rows and Pendlay rows are?

That's pretty much what I've been doing. Alternating between the two. Love them both. Have definitely seen an improvement in every single rowing exercise and back development since I started doing them a few months ago. Good links too, thanks for getting those up.

This whole time I thought I was doing dumbbell rows with a nice full range of motion, but it looks like I've been doing kroc rows. LOL

The Pendlay row looks awesome. I have to start doing those. I like how the bar comes to the chest. I find I'm going so heavy with the bent over barbell row that my body is at a 45 degree angle and I'm getting the bar barely above my bellybutton. The pendlay looks like I'll be able to get my torso more parallel with the ground and bring the bar high to my chest. Definitely a finess move. May try 135lbs. to start.

Thanks for the info guys! Great stuff!
