Kicked my Ass today.

Went for a new circuit routine.

Bb Front squat
To
Flat db bench
To
Bb dead lifts
To
Db shoulder press
To
Pull ups
Rest
repeat.

Set up a adjustable bench and barbell next to power rack so no rest between transitions.

Decided to keep it simple with 8 reps each exercise

135 for squats,

80's for db bench, but after that first circuit, I dropped that chit to 50lb db's

225 deads

50's for shoulder press

Bw pull ups.

Oh chit. Could only finish 4 sets, was waxed and shaking after the fourth set going to need some aminos or Gatorade.

Weight wasn't heavy, just exhausting.

Felt great

Look forward to body changes this should bring as I adjust to the intensity and lift heavier each circuit

cool workout ,I have been enjoying the circuit style training myself and have enjoyed it. It's funny, you think your in great shape until you go from a 5-3-1 workout to that.

On another note,

Pretty happy to crank out 5 sets of 5 full squats at 225 in the circuit no less.
Gotta get used to the others.
That last circuit of shoulder presses was scary. I could hardly focus, let alone keep the db's balanced.
 
Decided to not go into pct after this last week and instead continue on cycle.

Going to run eq/test e @ 400mg/200mg per week for another 16 weeks.

Hope to try Olympus's new hdrol in about 10 weeks if it's out.C.d.m.a. is my favorite finishing compound still.
It's crazy that you still love H-Drol so much after trying so many other potent compounds. What's so good about it? Good gains to sides ratio for you?

Workout today was 10 reps of everything, 4 sets

185 squat
60's for db press/ shoulder press
155 deads
Bw pull ups

Thought I was going to puke on the 4th circuit

Tomorrow is 8 reps
 
HDrol is one of the most under rated PH's in my opinion. Sure it takes 6 weeks to gain what you do in 4 on the bigger compounds, you also feel great on it and it is one of the mildest methylated designer products out there.
 
Love the new complex JBry, you should do really well with that one for a while. Is it a 3 time a week program? Should still be able to add some muscle mass with it so long as you can increase the weights on those work sets. You should take a resting heart rate now then another in 3 weeks and see how much your resting heart rate improves. I bet it will be substantial.

It is 5 days a week split.

Which I think should be fine as I'm on cycle. We'll see, if I get burnt out, I'll drop it to 4, or 3 days.
10,8,6,4,2 on m,Tue,Wed,thurs,frid.

I have vo2 testing data with zones as well as a polar ft80 heart rate monitor with a strength training feature that tells you when your rested and to start next set.
Gotta get the band fixed. I broke it.
Almost puked yesterday.
 
Nice looking log and results. I've been interested in seeing someone log this.

On a side note, I really wanna give hdrol a solo go and see what's really good with it, I hear mostly good reviews.
 
Good workout today.

Did 8 reps, 5 sets

Box squats instead of full squats, def tell a difference in energy demand when comparing the two. Box is so less energy demanding, was able to really feel the eccentric an concentric portions of the lift though
185 for dead lifts
60's for bench an shoulder press.
Added in knee raise at top portion of pull up to hit some abs.

Good pumps, vascularity. Strength, eh, ok.
 
Re thinking how many days I can do this workout.

By Wed morning I felt like I had been in a car accident. Everything was just a dull ache.

Couldn't even stay up past 10pm last night, was so exhausted.

No lift today, wife is home so I have to play husband.
Hit it refreshed tomorrow.

Maybe going to do a Sun,Mon, Wed, Fri split.

Will shave, fake tan it up, then take some pics.

40-50mg is where it's at with this compound.

60-80 might be good for some, too heavy for me.
 
Halo is a nice finisher. Yeah J, when you said it was that many days a week I was thinking holy sh!t he must have super recovery even for being on cycle. Looks like that would be a money workout if you just did it EOD then you would get 3 workouts one week and 4 the next and still have more time for recovery. I always found I did best with full body compounds 3 times a week.

So today after taking 2 days off, I felt pretty strong.

6 reps per exercise, 4 sets of the circuit.

225 a2g squat,
70's for bench an shoulder presses
245 deads
Bw pull ups

The shoulder presses felt good. I remember last time I did 70's, I could barely get 3, first three sets of 6 felt easy, 4th was tough cause I was shaky an out of breath.

70's for bench was still too light.

Going to have to start doing weighed pull ups, bw are too easy. Only problem is the 2ft jump to the bar. (in the power rack)

Still feeling exhausted post workout.

Feeling stronger though.

About how long would you say it took to kick in?

I noticed fullness in the first week, by second week strength was climbing quick.
It dried me up fast those first two weeks

So today I decided to see how reg full body would go (no circuit)

Took forever

But was able to go heavier on 3 exercises.

Squats got 135,185,225,245x8,
shoulder press 70x8x3, last set was 60lbx8, .
deads (stiff leg)300x8x3 stopped at 3 sets, kept feeling tingles shooting up an down my arm, it was weird. I'm thinking d/t spinal compression or something.

And was running out of time, so I finished by circuiting chest press, lat pulls, captain chair knee raise
4 sets of 8 on pulls an press, 20,15,10,10 on abs
 
Looks good. Like you said before, taking a few days here and there almost always helps. I'm currently running Epi/trest and just had to take like 5 days off. Came back feeling great and strength was up.

Are you gonna keep going with full body's? I Always liked them- vary the angles every other workout and it ends up being very well rounded...
