Dimethadrol from Olympus labs, get swole!w

Back today, still worried about which ever shoulder adductor hurts.

Once I got going, didn't feel it. Still didn't go heavy, or do body weight pull ups.

Lat pull downs,
Pronated high row
Self assist pull ups
Seated row
Pronated low row

4 sets of 20 everything.
 
Good chest workout. Short.
Flat db
Incline bb
Fly
Dips
was able to get flat db press 90's for 6 twice. Normally it's 3-4 reps
Great pump. Feeling good.

Noticed last few days been really dry, like I couldn't get enough water. Glycogen retention.
Feel like it's settled down now though.
 
Legs today.

Going to see how pumped I can get my legs today. (while trying for no back pump) Excited.

Getting a pump while brushing my teeth. Bwa ha ha ha!
 
Good luck on the leg pump without a back pump. With a good selection of exercises and proper placement of the ones that are likely to cause the back pumps it can be done.

Yea, usually it's only dead lifts that give me a back pump. And that's only when on.
I'll either just keep reps short n heavy. Or save it for the end.
 
great leg pump today.

started with full back squat, 1 set of 10, 1x8, 1x3,1x2

hit 225lb for my full squat, felt pretty easy.

then,

leg curls, 3 sets of 15
leg extension, 3 sets of 15
Jefferson dead lifts, 3 sets of 10 each side, 20 total
calf raises standing, 2 sets of 15.

started to get a back pump on the last set of Jefferson dead lifts, glad I saved it till the end.

wish I had more time to workout, but had to get home eat, wash the dishes, before I go back again tonight to work. Going to be tough demonstrating squats.

Great form! Looked pretty damn easy, you'll hit 300lbs soon..

Yea, I was suprised the first time I lifted it off the rack.

Next goal will be 245. Going to work on getting 225 for multiple reps. 10 would be cool.

Don't know about 300, even when I half squat 315, the compression hurts.

Bent over db row 3x12
Supinated low row 3x20
Supinated front pull down 3x20
Pronated elbows high row 3x20
Bb bent over supinated pendalay row 3x10
Pull ups, repped till we got to 20: 6,6,7,1

Obliques are sore and romboids already.

It's interesting how sore you're getting, generally recovery on cycle is much better.
Or you just go so hard steroids cant even help recovery ;)

They increase inflammation and muscle soreness. It doesn't last but a couple days.

I try to get sore from every workout in someplace.

Interesting. And that's a good way to judge a workout IMO. Some people say you shouldn't judge it by how sore you are, but I say if I'm super sore it means I did work ;)

jbry, its schwell, anyways- how do you feel this compound compares to something like epi or dymeth for aa ratio? The reason I ask, is I have had to take about 8 months off due to sickness, and school. Was looking to use a compound that's oral to gain back some size and strength, and then maintain for 3-4 months before blasting on some Test and dbol. I did a bit of reading on it, but cant seem to find much. Dry gains? How are the strength gains? Explosive, or do they creep up on ya? Also at a 50mg dose with proper diet, training and sleep- would you "expect" to see someone gain 10-12 lbs in a 6 week run?

I think it is pretty mild. Lethargy is def there, it's probably similar to Epi imo, so far, but it's only been a couple weeks
Weight is stuck at 180-183 but I am leaning out already significantly.
Appetite has gone down, I think. I hurt my leg 2 days ago so this could be why I'm not hungry, as I just want to lay down and relax

Strength is there def, as two weeks ago I wouldn't of expected to have hit 225 full squat so easily with no spot.

Was lifting with my pops, so just lifted what he was doing. His shoulders are all fuqed up.

In/ex rotation
Scare crows

Db shoulder press
Bb rev grip curls
Cable front raises
Db hammer curls
Lateral raises
Bb shrugs (pops wanted to do shrugs)
Cable curls arms out wide
Tricep push down
Tricep overhead extension
Bb single arm curl ( another one pops wanted to do, not sure the point)

Tried to hit rev grip military press, an rev fly, but his shoulders weren't having it.

3 sets of everything, 8-20 rep ranges. I can't remember everything.

Hey man, hows it goin? Nah, I had to take 8 months off due to sickness and nursing school. But im back into it now. In that photo im 230 @10-11% right now im about 215@ 16-18% but....muscle memory...and anabolics are my friend :) except I will no longer do stupid ridiculous cycles lol. simple 12 week test dbol npp will suffice. Sorry Jbry! Didn't mean to highjack bruh! Wicked shoulder workout love the volume

Feel like I've got a full blown case of swoleosis.

Going to start forcing myself to eat more, want to get over this 183 hump.
 
So is this di-methylphera? Its a 2x methylated phera yes? If yes- then I am surprised it has not blown you up- but it doesn't surprise me about the estrogen sides..... keeping a close eye on this one jbry! Damn this Tucson heat- might be good for a nice trim down with an anti e compound

Double mythl doesn't always do what u expect it makes it into a different compound hints the new celtic double methyl dbol is turning out to be acting like a mten clone..Double methylating actually made the structure closer to msten than dbol..This is no comparison to phera phera is the best oral bulk I've ever expiernced and mithras was dry strength not exactley a bulk

Shoulders and arms today. Wicked pump, good strength, hit 70's on db shoulder press for 3 sets of 5. Big jump for me.

Wasnt tough to push, but control, and get started.

Feel exhausted now. Train till 8 tonight. Started at 7am this morning.
