How many weeks were you on cycle man? If its only 4 weeks, then adding a couple weeks of SD would probably be ok, even though it would have been better at the beginning of the cycle.

Just make sure you don't go over 6 weeks total of orals man.

You're spot on. 4 weeks of DBv2 followed by 2 weeks of Beast. I just felt like I cheated myself by not taking in the calories for the first 2 weeks that I should have. Now that I'm eating a good 4k a day I wanted to extend the cycle 2 weeks.

I'm monitoring my BP and taking in 2+ gallons of water daily now plus my liver supps. :swordfight:
 
haha! ur hooked. I love it! just do it! and make these last two weeks really count. and then be satisfied.
 
Good "CONSISTENT" workouts the last couple of days. Been squeezing more reps out instead of stacking on more weight. On lifts like squat I feel that I'm stronger than a 360lb squat but I'm weary of injury until my body becomes acclimated to heavy lifts.

I feel good. Headaches are still prevalent but we have had a fall pollen bloom here so it may be caused by that.
 
best part of my job is free massages from licensed techs. Boy did I need it. Hadn't realized how tight and restricted my range of movement had gotten.

Damn im jealous man. That **** is kind of pricey isn't it? I need to find a place where hot girls can practice for free so they can get licensed or certified or what ever they need.

No homo - for the type of massage bodybuilders need you don't want a female. You want a guy that has strong hands and some weight.

Seriously tho if you have a technical college close by they should have a massage tech school and there you should be able to put your name on a list for practice sessions. Since our muscles are more defined it's easier for them to identify muscle striations and where they connect to bone (stuff they need to be able to find for tests). They'll appreciate the ability to find muscles like the serratus obliques and the erector muscles which are hard to find on somone with more body fat. :icon_lol:
 
Deadlift 390x2

...so I met my personal goal of 1000+lbs between squat/dead/bench. I'm happy, satisfied and after next week I will be proceeding with my PCT.
 
congratulations bro, I feel ya on the range of motion thing. I went for a surf session yesterday. havent surfed since 15lbs ago. holly shart! I couldnt move! I'm goin to take ur advice and try and sign up for some practice sessions at the local school
 
I'm sure some of you are wondering..."what happend to that guy?" Well I'm still here, completing my PCT and hovering around 187. I'm sad to say that I haven't retained my strength however I am stronger now than when I began. My deads and squats are still strong but my bench took a considerable hit. I was benching 270max and am down to 250 as of today. I've still got my size just without the massive pumps. I have lost the bloat no thanks to a large Thanksgiving dinner...lol.

I'll continue to keep this thread updated with any additional pertinent information.
