Hi guys, i'm going to get straight to the point.. i've suffered with depression and anxiety my whole life.
My anxiety is so bad I literally can not go to the library/cafeteria without being in distraught, even with friends the crowd completely unnerves me.
I have lately been researching into amino acid therapy, and I am making a trip to GNC today, can anyone recommend/shed some light on this?
My current plan is:
L-Tyrosine - 500mg mornings once daily (dose will be adjusted until find that dose that works for me)
5htp 50mg - Evening, once daily.
Vitamin B Complex, taken with L-tyrosine in the morning (Should I also take this with 5-htp in the evening?)
Vitamin C with L-tyro/5htp.
Does anyone have any recommendations to add to this? I want to feel alive, and I really have confidence after reading other people's experiences that this might be what does it for me.
I'm going to gnc within 3-4 hours so any help would be so much appreciated.
