I would probably go the dermacrine route next time. I wasn't really hip on the DHEA idea until I was about 2-3 days into the Mdrol and I was really lethargic. But that could have been caffeine withdrawl. lol.

SC, how you feeling bud?

semi decent. loaded on antibiotics, liquid codeine at night. got that wretched rattle in my lungs that really scares me. two nights ago, i actually slept 5 hours - though not in a row. last night, around 8 hours, not in a row either, but progress!

in a week i'll be back to normal i hope. thanks for asking :)

good to hear there is progress SC! you and T1 have reminded me to make sure to take care of myself during this run to ensure that I don't get sick...cycles are very hard on your body!

Del, I highly recommend the PP Dermacrine. I ran it solo and it was awesome. Libido and energy made a big jump, and that is with an old horse like me. I only did 4 pumps for my daily so that it lasted a month.

Definitely. Stressing your body during these intense training sessions can lower your immune response, and make you more prone to illness overall. Not to mention some studies have shown anabolic hormone use to lower immune system function. I think my illness was inevitable though. It went through everyone at work in a similar fashion.

I do recommend a probiotic supplement while on cycle as well. Not only for its enhanced digestive properties, but also its ability to strengthen systemic immunity. :)

Dermacrine should stack well with M-drol. The conversion properties of the dermacrine should add a nice little addition of test and estrogen base to the mix. That should at least help mitigate some of the lethargy effects for some users, and even add to your overall gains.
 
I'm a little dissapointed, I remember getting little head rush and a little sense of euphoria within a few minutes of taking orals before...took my m-drol about an hour ago and nothing:(

oh well, I'm off to the gym...I'll get you guys an update on my workout later tonight.

That was probably just placebo.

And if it really was something you felt, Mdrol wouldn't be a compound you would feel that much, it is a major anabolic, relatively non androgenic. No "rage" feeling like on epi.

In fact, my mdrol run was rather peaceful. The weights just felt lighter and lighter.

I never felt rage on Epistane. I felt like, "uhhh... Hmmm. Yeah I don't care about much." On Propadrol, I feel rage in a cage.
 
I still say MMV2 is anger in a little red pill.

I'd like to work on getting my deads up and I'd also like to work on building my traps up a bit more.

for some reason my forearms have also shrunk quite a bit...it's def not from being lonely! I had to use wraps for the 295 dead lifts :sad:

rob,try behind the back shrugs/raises!..it works wonders for traps!..try to go heavy while doing it!(flat bar):thumbsup:..reverse curls for your forearms!:thumbsup:..but you know this already!..LOL..:thumbsup:

I dont do reverse curls anymore, I feel them in my bi's, its weird, what I do now is load up a bar, then resr my hands off the side of a bench and curl it with my wrists, feels alot better, and Preacher Curls KILL my forearms, its not a good kill either :(

you know it! I got the before on the first page, of the log and I'll throw another progress picture up when I finish the cycle.

Never done a log without pictures...knowing that I have to post them keeps me motivated!

morning update:

slept like a rock last night...didn't want to get up this morning! (actually I was really late for work this morning...good thing I don't have set hours)

I'm a little tight in my lower back on the left side, if it doesn't feel right tonight then I might skip the squats and do leg press.
