70x10, 90x8, 90x6 (shoulder started to hurt so I stopped)

isolateral cable press:
110x10, 120x10, 110x12

also threw in 3 sets of shrugs superset with skullcrushers, superset.

actually, I was good to about 8 on the 125's before I hurt my shoulder last year...it's a PR for me for the last 8 months or so though :D

Think I was hit with a little bit of back pumps on monday...been dosing 5-8 grams of Taurine in my preworkout shake since then:D

fully recovered. been going to the gym for a few days already! still not up to my prior strength levels, but i'm making progress every day. i'll be fully recovered - strengthwise/masswise by the 31st.

hey guys! I just went back home to Phoenix for the holidays...got here last night!

I'll be hitting the gym later today and we'll see how I kill this workout! I do hate using a different gym...can never find anything, different equipment, etc.

As long as it keeps moving in that direction...yeehaw. Anything to report,(pro or con) with the increase to 30 mg.
 
I can't report any negative sides...since the gyno flare up :sick:

I'm really glad that I had the nolva on hand...I don't know how anyone could run these products without having a SERM!

since the sides are down, I'm debating running the m-drol through next week...the holidays were a little more hectic than I was expecting and I'm not very happy with last weeks workouts.
