Looking lean and mean big Rob!! And the amount of weight on the bar is only secondary to the stimulation/contraction received from said weight. There's guys that deadlift over 700 that look like dog shit. You goals are physique improvements. Progress is what it's all about. And you damn sure ARE progressing.

And yeah, I'd stretch it out another week. Get all you can out of it!! :thumbsup:

I'll get a scale update today...I was at my parents house in phoenix for the holidays and their scale was way off! I'll weigh myself on the same scale I've been using for my weigh in's.

I do feel a bit bloated though...I tried to avoid a lot of the holiday goodies, but I've probably got a bit of glycogen stored :D

I will start a log towards the end of the week. I need to get the creative juices going. I will be running a Xtreme Tren week 1-4 and P-Plex week 2-5. I am pretty excited about the combo and haven't seen many logs on here of xtreme tren.

lol, yeah! I can't complain...was about the same in San Diego!

I actually love the rain, and I don't mind being cold!

this was the first time that I've ever seen snow on the ground between phx and san diego though!

When I drove to Phx for Thanksgiving I went through Yuma when it was flooding...lots of rain in AZ then too!!!

how are the holidays treating you bud?
 
I was in north Scottsdale saturday and got caught in a snow flurry!! It was weird. Something wrong with a cactus covered in snow...Holidays were good thanks.

I'll get my update for tonights workout later tonight or tomorrow.

I did get my weight in for today though, looks like I came in at 196, that leaves the gains of this cycle at 8lbs.

I am sooooo stoked that I was able to hit 315 on squats! I've been ashamed of my squat numbers for so long and I'm really proud of this occomplishement!

since this is my last week ON, I'm eating like crazy and here's my schedule for the rest of the week:
Tuesday: chest + tri's
Wed: back + bi's
Thursday: Off
Friday: Legs (last day ON)
Sat: chest + tri's
Sun: back + bi's

I've been forgetting to mention that I've been running 4 pumps of the dermacrine every morning. my libido has been up and down the last couple of weeks...but it hasn't died!

also, I'm noticing a bit of acne on my back and face.

That bar looks awesome with 3 plates on each side doesn't it Del?? I always felt 225 with 2 plates was a big milestone, and 3 was a major goal. Congrats broham!! Rock this last week's party...

free motion isolateral cable press:

I didn't have much energy when I showed up at the gym...was a late 9pm workout. but, by the time I was 20 min into my workout I was on a mission and ready to take on anything!

I might have been holding some water, but I weighed in at 198 today :D

I usually eat about an hour before my workout, today I ate more like 2.5 hours before and I ate A LOT! I think this really helped me hit the numbers today...felt full of energy!

I love seeing the PRs in there Del. 110x7 incline is bigtime too!! And I am a big time believer in all the pre w/o nutrution being very important. The post is vital also but, you have to fuel the fire for the battle!! The post takes care of the wounded...

no, I haven't tried it in that manner yet.

I think I'd be more keen on that if I didn't get home from the gym so late in the evenning.

I'm going to make sure that I have time to invest in my chest workout tomorrow!
