It's day one of my Epistane cycle. I'll be posting anecdotal feedback, muscle circumference measurements, and pictures for everyone to judge progress.

My goal is to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible. I can be unorthadox at times, but there is a method to my madness. :think:

I'm headed to the gym soon and dosing 20mg Epistane right now. Stay tuned for a post-workout update and some measurements. Find out the other supplement in my arsenal, next!

I had a great workout, lots of euphoria. Strong pumps. Epistane is all that I took preworkout. Nothing else... I'm past that no booster phase. Maybe a cup of coffee, if I'm lucky.

My weight: 172
Measurements soon, too tired on account of my other supplement. I'll provide them tomorrow. I took 2 caps of xDream after my workout. I'm going to lounge on the couch and try to score a backrub from the wife.

Ate thai food with a ton of rice after my workout. None of this protein shake biznazz here, betty. All anyone needs post-workout is a real meal.

Farewell my fellow men. The time to rest is upon us.

Note: I'm taking CELs Cycle Assist as well.

Alright, taking 20mg Epistane right now.

I wanted to elaborate on my goal: I don't only want to gain muscle, I also want to keep it and continue to make gains. I'm thinking long-term.

This is a good time to list yesterdays workout:

Alright, got my workout done. Blasted my legs but left out the biceps. Took a small tumble on the way down some stairs at my gym 'cause my legs felt numb. No injuries luckily. Haha!

I ate my dinner post-workout and had a couple cycle assists for dessert. Now I'll be taking pictures of my pregnant wife's belly in exchange for her to take measurements of my muscles.

More tonight, stay tuned!

I've taken 2 caps of xDream so I am feelin' pretty darn good right now. I'd like to try one cap during the day as a relaxant... Maybe when I take a day off from the gym.

My measurements:
biceps 14inches circumference
thigh 21.5 inches
chest 39.25
waist 33inches
forearm 11.5
calf 14.5 inches circumference
butt 38

this will serve as reference for my starting point. remember my weight was 172 yesterday. i forgot to check it today.

pictures are coming in from the lab tomorrow morning, will get them posted after processing them.

I agree, wait at least through the first week, it seems like its workin good so far at 20mg.

On a side note, perhaps spreading out the doses throughout the day might yield a more positive effect if you should choose to up the dosages next week, just a thought.

Alright, I listened for today and took only 2 Epistane. The workout was pretty good, kept gettin' extreme euphoria in waves after performing sets.

I weighed in at 175 pounds, that's a 3 pound increase within just a few days. How big am I going to get?

I've got my wife cooking dinner right now. Steak, taters, and brocolli. So I'll pop one cap of X Dream :ninja: and import yesterdays leg workout. It'll be listed below.

By this time I was so exhausted I couldn't continue my workout. My legs were toast but I had no energy to do arms as I had planned on doing. It's all good as I don't plan on taking any days off from the gym... I'll be hittin' it 7 days a week.

Okay lets see if just one cap of X Dream is a good relaxant. Two caps is awesome feeling but it gets hard to function.

Well I figured it'd be best to dose just once a day to help minimize suppression. Take it all at once. So far my balls are only getting bigger. :flowers1:

Hey! I'm hanging around eating breakfast, taking some cycle assists, and feeling good.

I think a bottle of white blood is arriving today. I was interested in trying it as it is primarily amino acid based and creatine/stim free. I've always been a fan of aminos.

Turns out 2 caps of X Dream is just fine for relaxation. It only makes you tired when taken at night. Take it during the day for a great feeling of relaxation.

Ohhh boy, I'm exhausted. My white blood arrived and I dosed a few caps for good measure. Make sure my blood transportation is enhanced, you know...

I'll be making dinner now: Scrambled eggs, sausage, taters, and cheese.

The scale today said 175.5 pounds. So I'm not dropping weight, still going up.

I used to watch the Young Gunz of Animal Pak video that used to be on here before I went to lift. These video's are great motivation :D

I'll have to give X-Dream during the day a shot. Although I'm already a pretty laid back guy. 3 caps of X-Dream with 4 caps of ZMK before bed for me is my holy grail of sleep stacks :p

Yeah, the xdream is awesome. i would never take it before the gym though, only after. Would not be fun trying to workout on that stuff lol. :knockedout:

Oooooh! That was a great leg workout! When you lift 7 days a week you do a lot of legs. The white blood was awesome, very nice in addition to the epistane.

Yeah, I'm only dosing epistane preworkout. This gives my body more downtime and minimizes suppression.

I'm eating 3 epistanes right now. It's the perfect oppurtunity; morning time (best time to dose) and my day off, which means I'll be able to workout in the morning. Niiiice.

I'll let u guys know what its like to eat xdream b4 going to the gym. xdream gives me some powerful orgasms, so i am guessin it will help in the gym as well.

well, i was going to use those 2 workouts yesterday as an excuse to not workout today. problem is, i have 4 hours free time and i'm also planning on gettin' laid tonight. looks like ill be hittin the weights!

Dosing 2 epistane, 2 xdream, and 4 white blood.

By the way, xdream is an awesome preworkout supplement. i used it last night without epistane and had a wonderful workout, wasn't tired or anything. i actually crave the feeling it gives me. awesome supplement.

oh, and epistane is still rockin my socks. i'm gaining almost as much weight as my pregnant wife. just found out we are havin' a boy.

apparently i wasn't overtraining at all, the flu is going around pretty bad here. i'm almost over it, now. i guess i just wouldn't accept the fact that i was sick. the fever should've tipped me off, but i just kept dosing epistane and going to the gym lol. furthermore, i think going to the gym sped up my recovery.
