It's the 14th day of my cycle and im taking my second rest day. I will be allowed 4 rest days this cycle. I've got 2 left. I'm expecting the cycle to end at the beginning of november.
 
Dosed 3 epistane and 3 white blood. that was the last of my white blood, i've been eating them like candy. Does white blood work? Sure, but I'll try something else next time.

Today I will begin a new epistane protocol. 10mg in the morning, 20mg preworkout. I feel like I'm not right in the morning without it... Maybe my body is getting used to it.

ive taken all 30mg already and am headed to the gym now, stick around for another update.

i feel like im hardening up but not gaining too much mass. of course 3 or 4 pounds to gain in a few weeks is pretty good.

Personally, I will take 3-4 solid lbs over 10 flabby/dirty/bulk lbs anyday, and it looks like your 4lbs in just over 3 weeks, so thats great. Keep up the good work.

Thanks man, the feedback helps a lot! I'm actually gettin' ready for the gym right now. Just got some cel pct assist and i started it today. Damn! that pct assist makes me horny. reminds me of how stoked made me feel. i figure one week or so left in the cycle, it wont hurt to start that now.

i plan on logging my pct as well. so this is far from over. i plan to continue gaining muscle in pct, so a log is in perfect order for you folks to see what i'm up to.

feeling good, planning on doing legs tomorrow. i notice a big stamina increase from when i first started. i just recently am noticing strength increases especially in my compound movements.
 
I rested yesterday, slept actually. This morning I dosed 20mg epistane, and plan on dosing 20mg more before hittin' the weights. The only other supps I'm takin right now are cels pct assist and cels cycle assist. it's good stuff. i finished the xdream a few days ago... It was good stuff but taking melatonin every day can get old. I love GABA though.

yesterday i rested. im eating a snack right now then headed to the gym. at this point im just waiting for my cycle to end. ive got maybe 16 pills left, so less than a week. i've been taking 2 in the morning and 2 pre workout to eat them faster. i excited for pct!

tomorrow is the last day of the cycle, and the first day of pct. i'll be hittin' 20mg epi in the morning and beginning pct that night. expect new measurements for comparison and hopefully a couple photos.

there will be a link provided for the pct log. it will be different than this one, not listing every specific exercise. it will be extreme anecdotal documentation, along with supplement reviews. the goal: continue to gain muscle, do not plateau!

Good loggin bro... I think you could have gotten better results however if you would have diversified your workouts a little more and maybe pushed the severity of the cycles importances...such as eating and gym ferocity. However...you have still made some solid gains in multiple areas...good for you...keep the PCT updated for us...GL

yeah, diet is one area that i could use a lot of help in. i plan on adhering to some strict diet guidelines in pct as it will be even more curcial. i can't help but to think that gettin' sick hurt my cycle, but at the same time I bounced back quick. I'm feeling exhausted all the time right now and motivation is low. i relate this feeling to being on epistane so long. i never felt this way when i pulsed havoc. this is why i am excited to be ending my cycle and begin pct. im ready to get that ferocity back.
 
Ya...true true....getting sick pisses me right off...especially mid cycle....Good luck in the future and with PCT...

My measurements:

thigh 21.5 inches
chest 39.25

forearm 11.5
calf 14.5 inches circumference
butt 38

this will serve as reference for my starting point. remember my starting weight was 172.

and here are the final measurements!

biceps 14.5 (+0.5)
thigh 22 (+0.5)
chest 39.75 (+0.5)
waist 33 (+0.0)
forearm 12 (+0.5)
calf 14.75 (+0.25)
butt 38.25 (+0.25)

final final weight is 178 (+6)

overall i am very happy with the results. honestly i did expect more, but it never hurts to set unrealistic goals. it's good for the mind. i think these gains will be easy to keep through pct and i aim to continue gaining muscle during pct.

epistane is a solid product, but i would pulse it if i did it again. i've pulsed it before and got a lot more out of it. it's interesting to compare a pulse and straight cycle of the same compound.

Awesome man...ya looking more closely you definately still got some good results...If you ever want any tips for diet/training let me know.... Also have my Epistane log up just now if you want to follow...Peace bro..
 
why not proceed with PCT here? it will let the ppl who followed you along know how this cycle will end, (just my 2cent)... I feel like complaining a little bit :D

No problemo, I myself had issues deciding on how I would proceed here. The pct is for sure related to this cycle, but I don't want anyone to be thinking about this cycle when they follow my pct log. I've provided a link so new subscribers can check out the old cycle if needed.

I would really like the PCT log to be more about moving on, and taking the next step. It's about surpassing expectations and building muscle, even if it is in PCT. I figure that if I can get stronger and bigger in PCT than I did on cycle, it would prove my point. And that is my point: To prove that I am bigger than this PCT business.

Follow along and taunt me if you dare, but I'll reach my goals. And I won't look back (at the old epistane stepping stone).

it kicked in on day one, but half ways through i started to feel like ****. exhausted, no motivation...
