Deeerdres getting SWOLE stacked with HGH pro log

I usually run about 6 days a week and its pretty easy stuff, just jog a mile at least but usually do more then do some stairs and some times sprints.

It is really hard on my knees now but I use to love it. It was my favorite type of cardio.
 
Ya i love it to just being out in the sun and listening to the ipod.. cant get much better
 
I am going to start doing 20 min runs every morning tomorrow. Should be good for my body o.O

Run 20 mins, go to work, lift ~1-2 hours later
 
Wear sunscreen if over 30 minutes spf 70. It surprises me what sun can do when exposed a long time every week, even summers only.


Ya I really should I never put sun screen on
 
Ya when I was in to I remember people getting in trouble for getting sun burned
