I'm off and on now, waiting for this BS to end, with the Wife's MS, I haven't been doing much of anything except some cardio cause cant mess with the Covid bs and the wife's MS. Not a good combination and I work in the hospital so its been rough.

That's a nice set up. I have been using my old Weider rack for 20 years now. Still strong as all get out. I just got rid of the lat pulley and pec deck because my other machine has that. Looks likeyou can put a free barbell on there too which is awesome. Do you have weights on the way too?

Weights are what I am waiting on. Rogue is out, and Facebook is Price Gouging like a MF. Like $2/lb
 
Hi, just wanted to check on all of you guys, been busy working and doing some work on the house. Anything new going on on AM?
 
I'm determined to come back. 1.5 months until "fly my fam abroad". Starting up MK-677 + RAD-140 micro cycle, while trying to stay sane and fix up a small Bay area townhouse.

Looks like I'm renting/selling and moving to Austin, TX. Can't wait to take off the Cali-safe non-sense from my firearms. I engineered around their dumbass feature restrictions, but makes the gun look funny :)

I hope you guys had a good Thanksgiving!

I've fit ALL this non-sense in a master bedroom, in corners, under the bed, closet cubby! Can't think of a faster, cost conscious, space efficient set of work out gear.

I added a Rower on the back patio, magentic-air type. Pretty good. Want to add a real Bowflex when I move to Austin, TX next Summer.
