Well-known member
So finished this last cut at 173 and 14.2% bf. Its that time of year, to get that bulk on for winter.

Daily Supplements: Multivitamin, B12, D3, Omega-3, CoQ10, Probiotics, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Cinnamon Bark Extract, 80mg Bayer Aspirin

This Run will Consist of:
10-12 Weeks haven't decided yet

Testosterone (Bi-Test): TRT dose 200mg/w split dose

Masteron E: 500mg/w split dose

Mesterolone(Proviron): 50mg/d

I'm gonna pin on my normal split Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons.

Diet: I eat mostly healthy will keep my split at something like 50%P/30%C/20%F and I will slowly bring the calories up from where they are now.

Pre-Workout will consist of Radiate and some creatine. As well as instead of doing 10 mins balls out cardio on the bike in the beginning of my workouts, I as you have seen in my other log will be transferring to post workout walks on a treadmill.

Lets see how many people I can get in here this time:

@hairygrandpa @rtmilburn @SFreed @HIT4ME @BEAST73 @justhere4comm @ChocolateClen @Bman1970 @TheMyth @PoSiTiVeFLoW @SkRaw85 @MrKleen73 @Whiskey @love2liftkat @swimfan65

And of course anyone else that I forgot and wants to join along.Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

In! Lets see this! I can see why you're smiling in that pic!

In On This !

What type of increase are you thinking now when it comes to calories? Are you bumping by 5-10% initially or how are you planning your increases?

Also what type of gains are you expecting? The gear and doses chosen look good for going for moderate LBM gains and staying tight while doing so, but nothing over the top bulkwise. Then from your normal goals that sounds right up your alley.

Going for a lean bulk, gonna up the calories each week probably around 5% a week till I am comfortable with the gain. My last bulk I got up to around 215, but I had alot of dirt in that one. This one I am gonna keep clean and try not to put as much fat on like the last one.

Sounds like a good plan !

Yeah Im in, would have been sooner but the tag was USA spelling of whisky instead of the correct way 😜

has been a good disciplined cut bro - same discipline applied to this bulk should gelid good results.

what’s the lifting plan looking like?

Nice, even 5% a week might be pretty aggressive if wanting to stay lean on your stack. Might do it 1 maybe 2 weeks then start with like 100-125 calories a week. Of course just thinking out loud there. Then again I also don't know how many cals you are getting in to start with.

I was at around 1800 calories. Then bumped to around 2200 while maintaining

Oh okay then yeah 5% is probably gonna be about right. Not sure why I was thinking you ate more calories than that. Do you plan to add mostly carbs for that 110 cals or even across the board or what?

Proteins, and Carbs gonna keep the fats down. Mainly because since I switched to that breakdown it seems to what has worked best for me. And you might have thought it was more cause my last bulk I think I was around 3,800 calories. But that was on Test, Abombs, and Var. But I definetly added to much bf during that run.

Yeah that sounds about right. I was thinking you were 3500ish or so. Nice on the protein and carbs, once you learn what seems to work well for you that is half the battle!

Another Successful Double Red Donation to Lower that Hemocrit.Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

How do you do a "Double Red Donation" ?

How do you do a "Double Red Donation" ?
You have to be O+ and RH-negative to request double reds. They use an apheresis machine. They pull whole blood out, keep the reds, and pump everything else back in. Then they pull whole blood again, keep the reds, pump everything else back in. Whole process takes about a half hour. And with this donation you can only donate once every 112 days.

Never heard of this, I wish I could donate, I have to pay to have them take my blood.

I do miss doing this one... I am on TRT now and they don't do it for us. Not sure why but I can go in once a week until my Hematocrit hits 32 if I want... Go figure. It was always nice doing the double reds because they take out the red blood cells then you get about a pint of saline back in with the platelets so you instantly feel amazing after...
