Burgers arnt cheating. I eat .5 to 1lbs of ground beef a day. And god knows how much chicken. Now cheese that's cheating. I don't count fried chicken as cheating Eather. Cheating is donuts, chocolate, twinkes, anything processed, Nutella, whole milk, cheese, or any thing with high fructose corn syrup. I find that eatting till full, every 1-3 hours with 1.5 gallons of water a day is a pretty easy diet to follow. And I only keep up with macros in a bulk. I find trying to track then on a cut becomes obsessive and makes me feel even more hungry.
