i think i'm a chickenaholic. normally eat 1-1.5lbs a day in 8oz portions. plus eggs, milk and whey

Infact...

My entire meal line up is...

2 cups skim milk
2 cups cheerios
1 cup fiber one
1 cup sweet cherries
2 generic brand protien bars*aldis* microwaved and spread in the cereal with the cherries
Totals 800 or so calories*pre workout meal*

1 big ass bowl of my home made banana pudding with some vanilla protien powder to help with flavor. Came out to 1350 ish calories

1 lb of beef wrapped in flat bread and some full fat swiss cheese and spinach *steamed*

2 servings of coffee creamer *liquid*

I'm cutting on this **** :)
 
i'm cheap. i found it easier to eat chicken and supplement with l-carnitine and b-vitamins than buy the red meat.

i still eat stake about once a week because it's delicious, but i can't get my macros from it.

1 sugar free fat free cook and serve vanilla pudding mix 80 calories
2 cups of 1% milk to help with texture. Fat free is fine.
1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
A drop or 2 of vanilla extract
400 grams of banana
4 servings of the reduced fat nilla wafers.*gram crackers are an alternative*
1/4 cup splenda or sweetener.

Measure out all ingredients. Get a big bowl. Layer nilla wafers then bananas till you're out of both.

Place milk , splenda and vanilla pudding /extract in pan to boil.

Stir and wait till boil

Pour into bowl with wafers and bananas

Serve hot*my fav* or wait till its chilled in the fridge.

Comes up to 1116 calories 234 carbs 19 fat 24 protien 10 fiber and a whooping 2272 potassium.

Very calorie dense. Easily split into servings as follows...

Get a food scale,place bowl on scale. Transfer to bowl on scale. Divide number by servings you want.

I can adjust if you want. I left out the protien powder for calorie accuracy.

Ok gotta get this off my chest... something I have observed. I see ALOT of people (usually little*) spending a ton of time doing cable curls and press downs at my gym. I mean when I was small and in the 150-175 range I saw what bigger guys were doing and focused on that stuff regardless if the weight made me look like a puss. It sure wasn't 20 sets of cable curls while the whole time managing to never actually activate my biceps lol.

*By little I mean LITTLE. As in I wouldn't compliment them on anything physique wise. Which I am actually pretty good at finding peoples strong points and offering encouragement.

I see a bit of that also. I think it's part of the game. It's like the guys that bench and curl 5x a week and think they're big shyt. I try to pay no mind to it anymore. I've gotten to a point where there's one mother fuker that matters in the gym and that's me. A lot easier to deal with than seeing the jokers barely bending their knees with 8 plates on their back and legs skinnier than my d!ck.

There is this guy at my gym always doing single arm cable curls. Like when he is resting from another exercise he just start curling away.
 
i've had to usurped the squat rack from beta b i t c h e s twice in the past month. for some reason people think it's cool to do rack pulls as part of a super set.

1. do a real f u c k i n g dead lift
2. don't do super sets that require trips across the gym

i wish i could video them without getting kicked out. these people need to be publicly shamed.

Hey!! I rack pull on my back day! You talking sh*t?!?! haha. But I do a clean 500lb pull for 5 reps and don't slam it so I consider myself an exception to all the dbags

I do deads on shoulder day. I'm also a rebel.

The only time I'm rackpulling is if I'm nursing a tweak/minor injury (which is often lol) or want to overload it & pull heavier than a new max attempt so when I take it the following week or so I have confidence since I've had heavier weight in my hands. Still haven't pulled 585 from below the knees :(

I usually pull my speed deads from a deficit atop 45lb plates for a little more range/ham activation. Helps balance out the limited range of the heavy rack work. I actually don't do much traditional pulling until it's time to set a PR.

A small high schooler did that to me once. Started to critique me then looked at my 430 lb dead. He decided to walk away.

His workout best be prepping my food if he's gonna walk over to me and critique .

Sounds delish, thanks for sharing! Yeah usually when I cook recipes like that in bulk I'll just put it all into myfitnesspal and then weigh out the amount I'm about to chow down on to get my macros for the meal calculated, sounds similar to what you do.

Honestly I agree that you shouldn't be super setting rack pulls with other ****, but they're a really valuable lift.

I'm assuming he was doing rack pulls from his knee... If You actually do them from a two pin (halfway up the shin), they can be harder than off the floor because you lose leg drive.
 
I do deadlifts 3 times a week.different variations. Rack deads on back day for thickness, Sumo on quad dominate day (no need to explain) and deficit deads on hamstring dominant day to finish em off.

That's about the extent of my deadlifts and I stopped going stupid heavy no and just focus like a monk on my target muscle activation. I'm still sumo lifting 500s for reps and same in the rack but now I control it sooooo much more and it wears me the fuk out. I want to max again but now in going into a calorie deficit soon and I'm scared I missed my chance to break 635. Off season its on tho

6'3 240. Just came back after a year off in April 2013 from another knee injury so after a recomp and a Europe trip, I'm bulking for another year.
