i'm far from natty.
i think i'm a chickenaholic. normally eat 1-1.5lbs a day in 8oz portions. plus eggs, milk and whey
Oh brother. I'm on dat beefdrol today.
Infact...
My entire meal line up is...
2 cups skim milk
2 cups cheerios
1 cup fiber one
1 cup sweet cherries
2 generic brand protien bars*aldis* microwaved and spread in the cereal with the cherries
Totals 800 or so calories*pre workout meal*
1 big ass bowl of my home made banana pudding with some vanilla protien powder to help with flavor. Came out to 1350 ish calories
1 lb of beef wrapped in flat bread and some full fat swiss cheese and spinach *steamed*
2 servings of coffee creamer *liquid*
