Lol I was actually thinking this morning...if my elbows and joints hurt this bad I can't imagine what GB's feel like :) if I remember correctly you said you sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies when you get out of bed right?

After my FST7 sessions, I am considering running this program.. so interested to see how phase 2 stacks up!

I ran it for like 8 weeks last time I attempted a run at MD lol. Admittedly though after about 3-4 weeks I lost all intensity with it and kinda fell off track. Sticking to it this round though.

On a side note. Went over my cals and macros today a bit :( I was fuggin starving at work and already have pretty much eaten all my food do today except my chicken for dinner, 9:30 fish and my before bed shake. So instead of getting something bad out of the vending machine or going to get something t the gas station (right next door) I remembered I had a jar of natty PB in my tool box. So I ate a serving of that. Puts me at 2440 cals 66f/97c/375p not horribly over but still over. Can't wait to get home and drink my shake before bed lol
 
Anyone in here talking about getting old while under 30 is very close to being put over my knee and reminded they are still youngsters! Honestly something happens about 35 and then what you thought was aging related before that all seems like a time we yearn to go back to.

Everyone has those days man. Picking yourself back up is what makes you stronger. If you only have one of these days out of every ten, you're still doing better than 90% of the population.

So much for an off day just got done with 1 hr cardio. Hit another PR mile time (7:29) I'd like to be under 7 mins soon. All together 50 min Treadmill work and 10 mins in the step mill...I'm soaked and beat haha. Seriously gonna take tomorrow off though and playin 18 holes Sunday morning :)

Off day yesterday must have been just what I needed. Felt pretty good in the gym today. Played 18 holes this morning though and I'm not gonna lie I'm a little sore from that already. Got a little relaxed with the diet yesterday and today. Not like "cheat meal" relaxed just didn't really track anything and ate a couple animal crackers my son wanted to share with me and a couple tortilla chips at a get together last night with friends. Honestly I think i kinda needed it. Back to tracking and strict eating in the AM. May try to make some protein ice cream tonight though :)

Arms today. Gym was PACKED for some reason this morning. Felt like everything I went to do someone was using. Had to sub out a couple things so I wasn't just standing around waiting on stuff to get used. Pump was absolutely ridiculous today.

I may be going out on a limb and speaking too early but Flexible seems to doing its job. No elbow pain what so ever during arms today. Knees and ankles seemed super stiff during sprints. I may start trying to get some running outside in soon.
