It's almost summer man. First couple of weeks after Memorial Day and everyone wants to act like they're getting in shape for the summer. The crowd will go away soon.

Arms today. Gym was PACKED for some reason this morning. Felt like everything I went to do someone was using. Had to sub out a couple things so I wasn't just standing around waiting on stuff to get used. Pump was absolutely ridiculous today.

I may be going out on a limb and speaking too early but Flexible seems to doing its job. No elbow pain what so ever during arms today. Knees and ankles seemed super stiff during sprints. I may start trying to get some running outside in soon.

Thank you GB. The ultimate goal for me right now is to try to get down in the 12% range an maintain it for a while before making any bulk/cut decisions. I kinda wanted to be there by the 3rd week of July (anniversary trip) but I don't think That's realistic. Not gonna stop though.

Lol I'm 6 foot on the dot. And actually was 215.5 this morning (refeed meal last night) I've been staying right in the 212-214 range. Lowest I've been was like 211.5
Looking good danb! Awesome progress so far! You've come a long way from your starting pics!
Thanks dude. I keep those pics on my phone and when I don't feel like doing cardio or lifting I look at them lol the funny thing is I was only about 5-10 lbs heavier in those pictures then I am now.

Thanks ill ditch it. I wasn't aware it was worse than real butter. I guess I just assumed since it was half the cals it was better. Lesson learned. And thanks for the kind words Liz

thats fine from a propaganda standpoint, but it makes no sense scientifically. So many things are 1 atom different from another substance totally different. For instance, the difference between water (H2O) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is one atom of oxygen. One is necessary for life, you will die if you drink the other.

Whats wrong with margerine is hydrogenated vegetable oil. But in the end, used in moderation, is really a (IMO) negligable difference health wise to butter. Butter tastes better though.

Haha I've actually always used margarine vs butter since I moved out on my own. My mom cooks EVERYTHING with real butter...and lots of it lol

Nah man, we're swimming in the same waters. Progress is hard to compare when starting from different baselines. Sometimes I look at some of these other cats and doubt I'll reach their level (snags, monte, bean5er, breezy, etc...) but it gives me something to shoot for.
You and I are on the same journey, and I'm pulling for you buddy.

Man had to peel myself outta the gym this morning. Was running late so I was a little pressed for time but still killed it. Got some cardio in but it was only 6 min of sprint work so I did 45 sec-1 min sprints and 30 sec walks.

Physical therapy starts tomorrow morning. Kinda don't know what to expect at all really.

Oh and a side note...shaved my chest/stomach today for the first time ever lol not really sure how I feel about it. I haven't seen my torso since I was like 14 lol

Couldn't agree with you more. I look at those guys, and wonder if it is even possible.. but just makes me work harder - doesn't hurt to try!
