Leg day today. Def. wasn't getting any cardio in after today. Gonna be a long night at work. Was informed yesterday ill be working 10's and 12's 7 days a week for a couple weeks...not real happy about that but oh well time and a half + double time ain't half bad. PT in the morning gonna try to hit some cardio after.

Haha yeah legs def. weren't playing the cardio game today. I'm gonna blame it on a mixture of legs yesterday and physical therapy today. She said she's gonna need a jack hammer to break up the soft tissue in my back lol

No carb up last night. Carb up was Wednesday when I got called into work early and didnt have any meals made. Yesterday was completely normal? No straying what so ever except Wednesday.

Hey, scale isn't always indicative of fat loss. Metabolisms differ from person to person. If the waist is getting looser on the pants and the shoulders of the shirts are getting tighter, you're usually winning.
You could try shaving your legs if you're that worried about it???

Stressful stressful last few days. Everything's just becoming a bit much. Between Work, Family, diet, training and physical therapy I feel like I'm a bout to have a mental break down lol. I'm cranky, moody,stressed, whiney, sore, tired, depleted/flat feeling. Just overall feels like a lot to bear right now. Left work this after noon to go hit the gym had to make it somewhat timely so I could get back to work so I don't end up being here all night. Ended up a few sets short may try and go
Back tonight after I get out of work to finish up and do some cardio. Sorry for the B1tchfest just needed to rant

You know its funny...I always thought I was one of those guys who could diet as hard and long as I wanted without it effecting me....turns out I'm just one of those guys who never dieted hard or long enough for it to effect me lol

"diet" should be almost done, no? if we can look at this experience as a learning process leading to a (dietary) lifestyle change and an education of your own body, perhaps it won't feel like such a grind

Arms are smoked after today's session. Have a little but of pain already and still have a slight pump going on. Veins were Crazy today! Tomorrow marks day 30 of 2250 cals with only 1 cheat meal. May not seem like a long time for some but for someone who isn't in any kind of "prep" mode I'm pretty proud of that lol. Hell even with my Cheat meal last week I think I only hit 2600 cals. I DO however have a cheat meal planned for Saturday. The wife and I are going to a concert and having dinner before.

10 min HIIT - cardio continues to be a struggle with the knee/ankle pain. It hurts everytime I plant during sprints. May ditch the tread mill and try sprints on something else next time.
