Wow man thanks. That means a lot coming from you. I feel like things have really just started to really come together the last 2 maybe 3 weeks and i only see it getting better from here. My lats ain't got sh1t on yours though lol

Went in and hit legs this morning. Refeed meal was last night and I can tell I'm holding some water today. Seems like quite a bit actually. Didn't even step on the scale this morning lol. Lots of water and lower carbs is the plan for today and probably tomorrow. That will put my protein up around the 375 range

Ha I know! I'm at work in Busco and my wife is calling me freaking out saying the weatherman keeps saying to take shelter if your south of Carroll road!

Lies! Blizzard of '77 skewed America's perception of our winters. As for our teams, we're a drinking town with a sports problem.

I've heard lots of stories about that blizzard. I missed that one by a few years though haha. That one we got a few years back was the most snow I've ever seen.
 
Single digit humidity out here right now. Bugs can't hack it out here. Lol
 
Gnats are worse then mosquitos imo. Way more annoying
 
Originally from Florida....bugs run the place down there.
 
The Mosquitos have been kinda bad aroun the house this year. Nothing like the freakin ticks though! This spring was awful for them here for some reason
