Cardio- 10 min sprint work- was pretty pathetic really lol my "sprints" were like fast jogs. My legs just wouldn't move fast enough. Didn't even get to 1 mile.
Glad I am not the only one that has these! All in all, workout still looked solid bro. (I know that just pissed you off too lol)
