dam...isnt there such thing as a cheap and effective anti estrogen that you can take daily? 6-oxo, even in bulk powder, is expensive as hell. What else is there thats cheap? formestane is sold out
 
there's plenty of ways to go for research chemicals and Rx drugs legally obtainable by purchasing less than a 90 day supply in the U.S. though.

put 5 grams of trione in a bottle of penetrate. it lasts longer and is more effective as a transdermal. 1 bottle will last about a month if you don't over do it.
 
Quercetin, dandelion root, cruciferous veggies & taurine (among others) have anti-estrogenic effects, according to "The Anti-Estrogenic Diet".

I doubt it's huge, but it's something - and every little bit helps!
 
Any opinions on PCS or Stoked by AI? They look interesting to me, but I'm unsure how well they really work as anti-estrogenics.

Have you tried DIM/IC3? I find DIM helps reduce some of my softer looks.

Indole-3-Carbinol is only 12.99 at the planet bro. If you buy 2 bottles then you can run 800mg for a month at a very modest price.
 
you could look at Serious Nutrition Solutions Inhibit E (ATD)... $20 at most retailers has 75 25mg caps... or Kilosports has a couple ATD products including Kilosports Attack.

go checkout the I3C at vitacost. its twice as much but u also get standardized broccoli in every pill too which should make a significant difference considering it comes from cruciferous veggies like broccoli.
