Daily focus stimulant?

Prescribed Vyvanse but no doz helps more with daily energy and chronic fatigue and overall focus for work. Anything else better than no doz for daily focus use? Ampitropin, lgi boosted, norcodrene, or something else in pill form only?
 
I haven't been a rep for SNS for about 2 years and I STILL use Focus XT all the time. This would def be my recommendation
 
Focus xt is good. Caffeine in my coffee makes me focused so I just drink it throughout the day, which is bad but its better than soda.

strength wise its on a strength of its own but I like a combo of ldopa, alcar, epharm amp, Phosphatidylserine, 20mg dmma
 
Focus XT is a good starting point, endless additions once you look into nootropics.
 
I ordered caffeine free focus xt for studying but as you don't want powder you might need to research different racetams (noopept, aniracetam), find out what works best for you and get it in pill form. If you get a racetam make sure you get your choline (either thought diet or a supplement).

don't think there's anything stronger than rx but like above has been mentioned they may help

For what reason do you have chronic fatigue? I'd be worried and would want to address that.
