Daily energy, not just a pre-workout

Not including pre-workout supps, what do you guys use for a daily dose of mental clarity or anything to get you going? It's been taking me a while to get going in the mornings lately. Sleep has been good, and diet is decent, but seem to be lagging in the get going department.
 
Coffee! I'm a firm believer in the power of caffeine and it's proper place in life.
 
Dexaprine, San Reloaded Xtreme..both last roughly 6-8 hours. I stand by both. The new Slim FX promises 12 hours of energy and appetite suppression.

This is what I use....
 
I usually take 1 dexaprime 45 minutes after waking and it will hold me over most if not all of the day. Sometimes I need to take a stimulant based pre later in the day for my workout, sometimes dexaprime is still in effect and I use my non-stim pre.

sleeping 7-8 hours a night, 2400 cals a day about 150 g carbs a day, but i've noticed any higher and i start bloating, i'm keeping my calories this
low for cutting purposes, but even on days i get around 3k, i still feel sluggish.

Those are some pretty good numbers. Around what time of the day do you start to fade out?
 
I'm gonna come out of left field and say Dr Feel Good. Most users report feelings of well-being and clarity with a 4 cap half-dose. It stacks well with ANY stim, plus it's a bitchin multi with 2.6gr of added extras. Non-proprietary, I might add.

Those are some pretty good numbers. Around what time of the day do you start to fade out?

usually hard to get going in the morning but once i do, i'm good until around 3 or 4, i have classes from 1 until 8pm M/W and other classes on Tues/Thurs, then i work graveyard shifts at the hospital on Fri/Sat.

You sound exactly like me; I would wake up feeling dead tired and then gain energy later in the day. Have you considered possibly having sleep apnea? 1 in 4 people have it, most people shrug it off yet it is a serious condition. I thought maybe I had it, went and got tested and found out I dangerously had it. My only real symptoms were being tired in the morning. I know wear a Cpap at night to sleep and it literally has saved my life. I know wake up with a ton of energy.

Usually take it around mid-day since I take maximize early in the morning before I workout (around 7 am). Keeps me going through classes on days where I would normally be dragging. Energy levels stay up for almost the entire day too
 
I just started 5HTP for clarity and it seems to be working.

For energy with limited or no crash i go with:
Green tea
5hr energy
Excedrin with caffine
And for a real boost i go with 1 or 2 caps of Stim-X!

Obviously not all in the same day!
 
COQ-10. This is a very overlooked supplement for energy. Most people look at it as a cardiovascular aid only. It boosts ATP production. At 100mg taken with fat (fat soluble) it's noticable. If I take 200-300mg too late in the day I actually can't sleep. It's not a stimulating feeling whatsoever though.

I do the same, exact in the opposite direction :p
