DAA and LH levels....

While taking DAA, LH levels rise.

What happens to your LH levels once coming off of DAA? Do they stay elevated or will they return to normal?

(Not a DAA pro) but the DAA is what coaxed the body to produce more LH so it stands to reason that when the stimulus to produce more LH is no longer present the levels will return to homeostasis and be around the levels they were at before the DAA was introduced. Much like with anything else.

this. no need to worry about coming off daa with regards to hormonal levels returning to baseline

It persists for a few days then returns to physiological levels. I've read the paper, seems genuine. However, they failed to mention that the paper also stated that from an in vitro study on boar testes, it was elucidated that D-Aspartate also increased activity of aromatase enzyme which converts testosterone to 17B-estradiol...

DAA has human studies.

DAA has human studies.

Yes it does have one study - but only on 43 men. "The role and molecular mechanism of D-aspartic acid in the release and synthesis of LH and testosterone in humans and rats". In the DAA group 20 out of the 23 men had increased testosterone, versus none of the 20 males in the placebo arm. I was just quoting another part of the paper which mentions increased aromatase activity in boar testes - but not tested in humans.

Oh. I only read the human parts of that study. You still must admit that it is 1 more human study than most ingredients have.

Definitely. A larger cohort would have been better, but they still achieved statistical significance with participants achieving a mean increase of testosterone by 42%. My point was only regarding the worry of aromatase activity and oestrogenic SEs.

so does that mean a aromatase-inhibitor towards the end of a DAA cycle is recommended? Ie. DAA 3g daily for 4 weeks. then DAA + an AI (such as erase) together for 2 weeks. then just erase alone for 2 weeks????

I would suggest taking AI with DAA to prevent the induction of aromatase enzyme, and continuing it for a week or two after. It would be excellent if someone could post bloods if they try this to see if there is any additional benefit to my hypothesis.

I second the notion of adding an AI with DAA. Now if only we can see some decent human studies on natural AIs :)

okay thanks, so to be specific your saying to run the DAA and the AI together to start (4-6 weeks) and then continue the AI for an additional 2 weeks alone. after the this cycle is complete would just a month "off" be enough before restarting something else? and during this month - would you recommend any type of PCT? ie. milk thistle, N-Acetyl-l-Cysteine, Saw Palmetto, B-vitamins, etc.

Erase Pro and DAA stack = $$ in the bank

how and for how long did you run the stack? and did you notice any gyno at any point? thanks

4 weeks. No gyno issues. The Erase Pro is an aromatase inhibitor, it will prevent estrogen symptons such as gyno. The Erase Pro stacked with DAA will create a good increase in testosterone while blocking estrogen and controling cortison. Great combo!

Consider the Erase Pro and as a DAA source the Synthetic Supplements DAA is cheap and convenient in a pill form.
