Hello everyone. Just got back from a rough month of being away. Bad eating, no lifting. You know the deal. lol. Just want to make sure I have all my cutting supps in order.

Orange Triad
CLA
Fish Oil
Green Mag
White Flood
Isopure Protein

Anything else I should add?

Could look into some Dermatherm Target. Had really good luck with it.

Looks ok - although, IMO, you don't need the CLA, and White Flood is also an "optional".

As for "anything else", if you've had a month off training and eating like sh*t, then you don't need to be looking at "cutting supplements" - just start training again, adjust your nutrition accordingly, and use the basic staples. The fat will start coming off just from that. Maybe later add in other supplements, but give yourself a chance to get back into it first - supplements are NOT magic pills that do everything for you.

Training should be sufficent enough and some cardio and of course diet!!!!! Maybe take a fat burner just to get u going in the gym and sweat more but besides that the fat should melt quick...

You don't want to use the fat burners too early, especially when you can lose without, you'll just acclimitise to them. Leave them until the fat loss has either stopped or slowed down considerably, then drop in a decent fat burner.

I don't see any stimulant based fat burners in there. Maybe look into one of those as they can help you a great deal. Something like adipoxil or OEP would work nice.

That's what I was thinking as well. I saw "cutting stack" and then i saw no burners!

Look into this:

I would personally save the Dermatherm for the last 4-8 weeks. I am unsure how long you are cutting for, but by that time, I'd assume you would have your bodyfat levels down to an appropriate level to guage its results.

Well right now I am at about 230. 23% BF. I want to get down to like 185. So would it be in my benefit to hold off on a fat burner until I get a little lower in BF?

I have some Xtend. BCAA's. :-). Wooo. I also have been reading about BioForge ProMax. What are your guys thoughts? Worth adding for the next 8 weeks?
