Cutting Stack + Follidrone Log (Unsponsored)

Finally back in the gym, but I definitely feel like a deload should be coming. All of this extra volume has been tough on my joints and all. Overhead Press: 65 x 3 75 x 3 95 x 3 115 x 3 125 x 3 135 x 3 --> I knew today there was no way I could set out to do reps of 145, so I just did heavier worksets and completed a weight I felt I could do Bench Press: (assistance) 135 x 10 135 x 10 135 x 10 135 x 10 135 x 10 Squats: 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 255 x 5 255 x 5 255 x 5 255 x 5 255 x 5 Completely sore and drained. I don't think it's a food issue, but more of a deload issue. I'll see if I'm ready to Deadlift tomorrow but I might just skip the session and go take the week off.
Take a break bro. I took a vacation recently. No training for 5 days. When I came back I was able to hit and extra 50-90lbs on large muscle group lifts. Like deads and squats and rows etc. Refreshed. PLus youve been pushing hard for a while now. Take the week off.
 
Yeah I think I will. The only day left before deload is Deadlifting day but all of my joints are pretty sore and I feel pretty beat up. Never wore myself out before the 4th week before, but all of this extra volume I've been allowed to do may be too much. Physically, I feel like I could have mashed out a PR but I don't think I should risk an injury just to help my ego out.

Next week is deload week so the log is pretty much done, and I'll be updating the final review.
 
Nice brotha, you deserve to get a break in. I wish there was a way to remind ourselves how important the deload is because I dread it when I know it is coming up, but always feel amazing afterwards. I had one last week on a business trip and am starting a new 20rep squat program as of this weekend and plan to crush it (thinking Folli is in order for this).

Yea thanks guys. I think I'm gonna stop taking Follidrone since I'm not working out for the next few days. Might as well try to see what happens when I resume Follidrone after a week break. The bottle will probably only be good for a few more days though.
 
If anyone's interested, I discontinued FD for 4 days and just got back onto it today. My workout was pretty decent. Felt like Follidrone was still in my system (or just works really fast). Today was a pretty random day. Noticed some elbow pain towards the end of my benching so I stopped and just went with some pulls.

Crazy workout. Probably won't be doing ALL of those in one day, but today is the weekend so I had lots of time to try it out. I won't be working out until Tuesday now. Hopefully I can get my left elbow problems sorted out....hmm.

I split my training between DC, a modified DC and a higher volume training system I developed.
DC builds strength like nothing else...Disgusting. But you only perform 1 set per bodypart most of the time. GREAT for building size as well because you burn less calories.
Then when I plateau I shift to more sets with less Rest pauses.
Then I shift to high volume with explosive concentric and super slow eccentric.

Winter/Fall=DC
Spring modified
Summer super high volume.....Its always worked to pack on mass and cut me down for summer.

I gained 100lbs of muscle over about 8 years. Ahh....to be massive again.

This^. I use a very similar method when trying to gain size and strength. When I plateau with DC it's right around the time when my joints need a break from the rest pause sets. The de-load week isn't always enough time for my joints to come back fully.

Yeah I spent a LOT of time in the gym that day. Safe to say Follidrone is still working...haha. This was after taking a break from FD for 5 days, so I'm not sure if it's just still saturated in my system or it just works really quick. Major DOMs from hell this morning...and I have found out I have elbow tendonitis. Ugh. I need to figure out how to stay strong without sacrificing gym time, but I'm not sure what to do at this point. I'm thinking of avoiding pressing completely for now until it heals up. I guess the pressing volume was way too much. I guess I'll stick to pressing, but less volume + less weight just to keep the muscle memory going.

I'm not used to a supplement making this much of a difference so I messed up this time.

I came back to the gym today and everything is well, but I don't have the same endurance as before. My strength is still good of course, and I still have maintained weight of 196 lbs. I really miss Follidrone because I attempted to do the volume I did before but couldn't pull it off.

The problem is getting bottles of Follidrone. Everyone wants it now....

Yep. The nice thing is that I actually maintained the weight I gained by moving up ever so slightly from a recomp caloric intake and then when I restarted FD, it seemed to kick in really fast. On my 3rd day I was just smiling to myself thinking, 'oh yeah, it is on..'

I really enjoyed the body recomp benefits of FD (although it could have been the excess volume, or the additional fat burners, I don't really know). Had some people asking me jokingly if I was on the gear, LOL.
 
Added volume can kick your ass quick if your not prepared.
GOtta increase sleep and reduce other activities.

I had a friend start training with me....I told him surfing every morning + 3 hr sessions on the weekends and playing baseball at night wasnt gonna fly when he was training like I do....He lasted 2 weeks before everything except training remained.

The great thing is....a supplement that allows for such a large increase in exercise capacity in unusual.
Especially one that is so versatile.
Guys cutting love it but Bulking guys like it as well because it keeps them leaner.

Yeah, this is the first time I've had anything this effective. I kept telling myself not to "take it easy" because I thought I was just being weak-minded. But now I know for next run.
