A few things going on here. I took a decent break from working out intensely for awhile to let my elbows heal. I think one danger of Follidrone is that you may overtrain (I was eating a lot, but I was just doing way too much volume and not taking breaks). This is probably only a mistake for newer people though (I have two years experience, but I've never been able to slam out this much volume/intensity). Experienced lifters will be fine. I'm not used to a supplement making this much of a difference so I messed up this time.
I came back to the gym today and everything is well, but I don't have the same endurance as before. My strength is still good of course, and I still have maintained weight of 196 lbs. I really miss Follidrone because I attempted to do the volume I did before but couldn't pull it off.
The problem is getting bottles of Follidrone. Everyone wants it now....
