nice I'm close to finishing my bottle, got like a week left. I'm going to do another round also. Do you have to wait a week if your going to do another bottle or are u just doing it?

I weighed myself on a crappy scale I got at my house and weighed 190 lol
So far I have gained 6 pounds haha must be doing something wrong or my scale is off.

Just got my N.O Ignite from Stryder. My initial reaction to this product is it looks like the same container jack3d comes in which I like because its small.

The smell is great so I'm thinking its going to taste good, I will be running this as my pre from now on. So next workout I'll put it to the test.

I also added in Postal to my supplements.
I have been taking 3 scoops directly after working out, and at first I did not like the taste at all(tasted pasty) But now its getting better and better tasting for some reason haha.

Afternoon Cardio:

Initial thought of this pre was that it reminded me of jack3d but tastes a whole lot better! I had great energy throughout my cardio session and only stopped cuz i ran out of water.

It mixes really well also. Excited to try it lifting and more scoopage.

when it gets busy in the summer it's not unusual to work 12's 6 days a week, it sucks-but i get paid, lol.

Yeah man i hear yall I work like 90 hrs a week, but im salary so i get all the over time i dont wat and dont get paid for it hahaha. weak!!!
