Going the personal route for pre workout.

5-10g bcaa (which 1 will help with flavouring?)
200mg caffeine
2g of each, plcar, alcar, lclt
200mg alpa gpc.
3g tyrosine
**possibly add in 4-6 caps c bol but don't want any water retention.
Looking to hit higher rep ranges. Indirectly burn fat by training harder for longer.
Woukd adding 10mg yohimbine hcl be negated ingesting alongside the bcaa's?
