Going the personal route for pre workout.

6g Cit Mal
4g BA
5-10g bcaa (which 1 will help with flavouring?)
200mg caffeine
2g of each, plcar, alcar, lclt
200mg alpa gpc.
3g tyrosine

**possibly add in 4-6 caps c bol but don't want any water retention.
Looking to hit higher rep ranges. Indirectly burn fat by training harder for longer.

Woukd adding 10mg yohimbine hcl be negated ingesting alongside the bcaa's?

Just my personal preference, but I would split up the BA and alcar into 2 doses throughout the day.

Can't give a definite answer about the yohimbine and bcaa's, but I don't see any reason why it would negate anything.

Also, a lot of people don't get any water retention while using creatine, so I would give the c-Bol a shot and see if you do before just deciding against it. I just use creapure for my creatine and don't get any retention.

Creapure is micronized cre mono?
Cbol has some nice anti oxidants too.

I may do some carnitine spectrum before dinner.

I'm a big fan of the homemade pre workout. I do something very similar. I even divide some of the ingredients up for pre/intra/post. Most people saying taking them all at once doesn't compete for absorption but I like to play it safe. I do something like this...

Pre:
2g ALCAR

1g LCLT

Sometimes when I'm not feeling so OCD I'll just take a scoop of White Flood.
Not gonna do intra bcaa. Makes me a bit off.
Use pre at 5-10g and post up until I break the fast.

Need A nice bcaa to flavour all the bitterness.taurine I can add at 2g. Cheers bro.

Also... Synthetic Supps AGMATINE 500mg-1g. Been adding this regularly and seeing a huge increase in pumps and vascularity.

Up it to 8g citrulline malate.
Spread out your BA doses...don't take it all preworkout.
10g BCAA minimum (for 2:1:1)
Carnitines and caffeien are good
Alpha-gpc should be around 600mg
Tyrosine is good but you may notice negative effects with that much nootropic action. Experiment with the dose
Don't take yohimbine with this. Tyrosine + yohimbine = no bueno

Get that LCLT dose up to 2-3g. Get at least 6g citrulline malate. Remove beta-alanine from periworkout nutrition, especially if using taurine.

Thanks bud. Dropped gpc dose because of increased tyrosine.
Will do 2g pre 2g post of BA.

Make sure Cit Mal is SNS. That dose is good, could up it to 8g if you want the research dose.
Drop the BA or at least cut it in half
BCAA is fine, I'd probably just have 4g leucine but people love their BCAAs (but make sure there is 4g leucine yielded)
Caff is up to you
Carnitines are cool, if you can afford it those are all good doses
Alpha-GPC's smallest research dose is 600mg (there's a reason it is never dosed this high in supplements, it's $$)
Tyrosine is dandy but you'll have to play with dosing

C-Bol is great, the creatine nitrate will be IMO the best ingredient in your pre.

I wouldn't mess with Y for now. Maybe at a later time you could drop tyrosine and add Y or Alpha-Y

Sounds good D3.
SNS is all I use for my bulk ingredients for this stuff.
It is best quality Cm and BA and COP in the bulk dept.

What happens if taken together? Negated benefits of one or both? I already have my pwo bulk powders mixed for the week...
