Creatine Rookie Over Here

Well I'm not looking to get body builder huge. I'm 147lbs as Friday. I still play soccer a lot and you can't really be a big bulky guy playing soccer haha
 
For the strength and help of muscle growth with creatine I would highly recommend using Creapure (Creatine Mono)
I would rec PP's creapure since its cheap and has alot of servings.
also look into beta-A (pp has also)

It depends. If you have sides from creatine mono (a select group does), then you will see some sides from Creapure.

With that said, the Creapure is focused on quality, so minimal/none impurities. It is guaranteed to be the least side effect causing form of creatine mono, but it still is CM.

Go with whats been proven to work, 10g creatine mono with about 60g of a sugar free carb like waxy maize. This combo is less likely to cause any water bloat because the creatine is transported efficiently and it works.
 
I just ordered my crepure, but am still not exactly sure how to use it correctly. I have heard 5mg before a workout, but what about non-workout days? Also, should I be taking the crepure with any other substance such as a scoop of protein or something with carbs? I'm aware that it is a necessity to drink at least a gallon of water per day with it (which I do anyways), but will alcohol affect that? Thanks in advance.

I do 5g everyday. 5g pre workout, 5g on off days. I also did a preload, although some argue that it is worthless. Personally, I think it is a good idea, and with how cheap primordial sells creapure for, I dont mind using a bit extra the first few days.

I take it in my pre workout, which currently consists of AGST, and GPLC. I add in about half a serving of gatorade powder and mix it up. It is said that simple carbs (sugars) assist with creatine, I personally never looked into it, so I take it with a grain of salt until I get around to researching it, but I have sugars in my PWO anyway.

Yes drink a gallon+ of water. Alcohol in my opinion is negative in every way towards working out. That said, I do drink, but I consider it to be harmful towards any goal I currently have.
 
I used mono at did 2.5 pre and post lift.

idk i bloat way to much on it so I stick to MCC. not a fan of CEE
