Creatine Loading - Yes or No?

Depends.... Do you want to "saturate" your system quickly for a meet, or are you just taking it to better your performance with no rush. If your answer is the first choice then dose 20 grams a day for 10 days, if it's not then do 5 grams a day for 40 days and so on. Hope that helps, the numbers aren't quite exact but fairly close I think
