Workout #21: BJJ 4/1/09
We worked on a guillotine rebuttal to a player who has you in half guard with a deep underhook. I wasn't particularly happy that he taught this, as I tend to use the deep half-guard hook very often.
Then we worked a head and arm choke rebuttal to a tucked in head from the previous position. I didn't quite get the mechanics of this one during reps. I will have to work it again later.
Nothing much to say about sparring. It went decent.
