Im finding they key is to take this stuff with food, and for me also right prior to my work outs.. But damm Im eatiing like a damm horse! you guys might also have to sponsor my food bill!! hahahaha:lol:

Tell me about it! I'm sooo hungry ALL the time now! I'm also taking this with food, and also close to my workout, followed by AS about 20min pre workout.
 
Power Training: Day Ten

Movements: All done explosively upwards.

The finally 5 min biking at level 20, once again totally killed me. Wanted to give up SO many times. Managed to do it though, quads were wrecked!

Pump:High gain, quads and glutes were swoll!
Aggression: Normal
Libido:Up!
Strength:Good! The weights are starting to feel really light now!

I like seeing you go to 6 bro!:) Are you just planning on running this for 4 weeks? or are you going longer? When Im done with my pSarm, Im goign to back it up with the AS.. Its sitting there in my pantry just ageing right now, so it should be more potent ..LOL:icon_lol:

I will run this until the 1 bottle runs out, which might be another 14 or so days at 6 per day. Then start my mad mad 12 week cycle ;)
 
Nice...But Im not sure how you can out do your 19-20lb gain from your last cycle, or maybe you can, If you go with the Epi will you go with something dry aswell? maybe like a TrenX Clone?

I'll stack what ever with mmv2, which is also really dry. :) Don't think I'll get 19-20lbs but I'll shoot for 10lbs total while dropping some bodyfat.

Nothing major to report, feeling good, hungry a lot, and libido is still up. Excited to train again tomorrow and see how much damange I can inflict upon myself.
 
What was the cycle that put all that weight on Craig?

Hey AZ , dont qoute me but SwoleOne was saying the best way to cycle the I-gh-1, was 7 caps ed, spiltting it up pre/post so do a 3/4, or a 4/3. He broke it down why in a post, but I just can not find it.. Sure CM could break it down as well..

To be honest I tried 3 pre workout and 4 pre bed, and found my workouts weren't that great when dosing pre workout (felt lethargic) so I just dosed 4 pre bed and that seemed to work out fine :)
 
Lipotropic Review:Chocolate

Mixability:8/10, mixed with my coffee cup amount of milk just fine. No dramas, no big lumps or anything

Taste:8/10, I must admit I was expecting worse considering some of the feedback I have read/seen. I have NO idea what the fuss is about, tasted just FINE to me, actually quite good!

Bloat/Gas:10/10, none, no swollen or protruding gut, and no gas at all.

It is very thick and the flavor(vanilla) was acceptable but, it gave me the worst case of the sh/ts that I have ever had. Stopped taking it and was fine. My buddy just got 10lbs of free protein as a result. We will see how it sits with him.

Notes:
Again pretty damn hungry. I lowered my dose to 4 today. I have noticed when dosing as high as 6 psarms in conjunction with a serve of AS I feel almost dizzy or drunk... sounds weird, only seems to happen if i dose to pills together and then to close to my serve of AS. Today it didn't happen.

I seem to be leaning out slightly, also due to me cutting down my carbohydrates of late, feeling a bit smaller in the upper body, but legs have grown. I would say the power training has got a good leg support of growth for me but in the upper body I might have shrunk a slight amount. I don't mind, I needed help with the legs anyway.

Looks like my training partner wants to do 4 weeks of strength training, so that might be the one, and follow that up with 4 weeks of high rep training in Phase 2 ;)

Switching to cold fusion huh? I used a few samples of it in the past, it go tme going quick in the morning, Thats how I knew it worked.

finally out of AS, which is a sad sad day. I will restock in the next little while, but I am excited for my up coming stack starting next week, should be killer! Weighed myself the other day, and my weight is still staying the same, which usually would annoy me, but I have dropped my carbohydrates by a 1/4 and also increased my cardio. So this is pleasing. I am hoping my next stack will yield a generous 8-10lbs ;)

Awesome workout, the strength was great today and well as the pump, I'll have to credit psarm with the pump this time as there was no AS in me :)

I use the chocolate, but at first it gave me awful gas hahaha! After a few days it went away. I guess my body got used to it.
