haha I hope so, to be honest I have always been under 9% bf, so for me cutting is something new and something I have a lot to learn about. I know my body well, and how to bulk and gain, cutting I have a LOT to learn.
 
Power Training

I have decided that since I will be starting a new cycle in 4 weeks, that I will do power work for the next 4 weeks since I greatly enjoy it and wanted to really shake my body up with something different.

So for the next 4 weeks I will be doing power training whivch includes:

Clean and Jerk Progressions:
Jump shrugs
High Pull
Hang Pulls

Then once I have got those movements cleaner Clean and Jerk.

Other movements will include:
Push Up Claps
Push ups on Boxes
Hurdles
Depth Jumps

Should be an interesting 4 weeks and a lot of fun and aggression which the Anadraulic State should help with. I will also be upping my cardio to get myself slightly more conditioned to it before I start my cut in 4 weeks. This will include biking before and after each session and skipping.
 
Power Training: Day One

Warmup:
5min Bike
5min Skipping
Hurdles (6 hurdles, 8 sets)
Depth Jumps (2 boxes, then 4) 3 sets of each

Movements:
Jump shrugs
High Pull
Hang Pulls

Upper Body Power:
Box Pushups
Bosu Ball Pushups

The finally 5 min biking at level 15, which absolutely killed my quads and HUGE pump!
All movements mostly done with just the bar to get correct positioning. Will take me some time to prefect this.

Pump:High! Quads cramps when I contracted them! Never had this!
Aggression: Up, might have just been the training style.
Libido:Normal
Strength:N/A
 
Supplements (Next 4 Weeks)

1. Anadraulic State (1scoop per day)
2. Psarm (1/1/1 for 4 weeks)

I have decided to run psarm with AS as they both have Osthol and should compliment each other nicely. I will run psarm at 3 per day for the first week and see how I am affected.

Just took 1 pill on a full stomach so hopefully I'll not be affected like some people were.

Notes:
No sickness or anything today, but I have been dosing with food to avoid any potential issues. Feeling good, and positive about this stack. Feel a bit sore after yesterdays workout in muscles I don't usually hit, this will be due to the drastic difference in training style.

Weight:204.14, which is the heaviest I have EVER been.

Hey thanks guys, the type of training I'm doing at the moment will most likely cause me to loose some of this weight, hopefully some fat along with it, but was nice to see that number on the scale :)

Hows the pSarm treating you? feeling anything different running with the AS? I think it got to me tonight, cant say for sure though, had an explosive workout..

I'm not sure yet, as I've just started power training so I'm not sure what is a good lift yet weight wise. The aggression has been apparent though, I have a short fuse now.

haha I'll need it, ended up taking 1 psarm at 8am and another at 10am with AS so didn't take 2 psarms cause I felt the 3 would be asking for trouble that close together especially with AS in the mix.

I hear ya bro.. I'm glad I havent opened the AS i have yet..pSarm is not to be taken lightly! Did LG ever answer what we had asked him about the dosage? The new formula should be mint.. this stuff is just sneaky!, you think your good to go, and your ahead in the race, and them BAMM it hits your from behind..hahahahaha:lol:

30-40min of this and you will be wasted! I sleep like a baby now! Remember to take 2-4 minutes between sets though... or you'll learn the hard way.

Took my psarms much further apart, like 3-4hours and this helped me not be quite so anxious or angry.. haha. AS obviously has a fair amount of psarm in it.

Body is feeling quite tired, traps are sore, forearms as well. Legs are just drained, not sore, just lethargic with little power in them. The next 2 days off should be good. This power training does seem to wear me down.

What is epidrol? Is that an EPI clone?
 
You would probably need more weeks for the EPI to get rolling. I have not taken it myself but, I believe most run it 5-6 weeks. Now the M-drol can be done in 3.
 
Right, just start it earlier in the first phase.
 
Ive had awesome results on just 4 weeks of Epistane. You can do 5 or 6 weeks but you are risking more of a shutdown..as Im sure you know Craig ;)

Yeah 4 weeks I think will be enough... especially with the mmv2 and following the rest I have planned in phase1!!! Should be insane lean gains! Hello abs!

Medicine Ball Pushup Run (7 different sized medicine balls in a line)

The finally 5 min biking at level 20, Which killed me and had the quads screaming for it to end!

Pump:High gain, quads and glutes were swoll!
Aggression: Up!
Libido:Up!
Strength:Good! starting to feel it upping nicely. Might also be a case of me becoming more competent with the movements.

I so want to know how much mg wise is in the AS.. But your right, this product will produce at the level your at Im sure, taking the AS into effect, Im sure your over a 6 cap a day dosage right now..

I was told by the 'boss' that if running AS you would only need a low dose of psarm. So I'm assuming there is a cap or two worth in AS. So I figure I'm doing around 5-6 caps of psarm at a guess.

Jumped on the scales and my weight was 92.3kg's (203.48lbs) which is interesting as I have cut my carbohydrates down as well as adding it biking 3x per week.
