Yes, we DO! Um, not sure now (yeah, plans changed on me; grrrr). Probably for the NZFBB Nationals weekend of October 18-19 (need to qualify first)...No worries; I know you're good for it ;)
 
Tonight with dinner and before bed I will take 4 IGF2, 1 Activate Xtreme, 3 Neovar and 1 Anabolic Pump and 2 Gut Health.

Hoping this will get things going in my system and help build up the levels quicker. Also I wanted an excuse to open all the bottles that have been sitting unopened for so long!

In your opinion, would the NeoVar dosage at night, in the absence of IGF2 provide a stimulant effect? i.e a negative effect on sleep?

If you have had a high carbohydrate (CHO) intake that day and then dose NeoVar Recomped pre-bed, then it will pretty much eliminate any bloating or water retention that would normally be experienced the next day (at least, it does for me; I love DOUBLE dosing it pre-bed on my cheat days!)...And no, it should NOT cause a stimulant effect...No negative effects on sleep...I wouldn't recommend trying it if you have NOT had high CHO that day, though, since it has the opposite effect to what it would if you HAD had those CHO (i.e. bloating and water retention, I found)...Try it for yourself sometime...

I didn't quite take in pre bed, maybe 2 hours pre bed? So shouldn't affect sleep. Took 1 Anabolic Pump + 3 Neovar pre meal and felt great and really hungry!

Will take 4 IGF2 + 2 Gut Health + 1 Activate Xtreme now before bed. See how that goes...

1 scoop Poseidon upon waking and 1 during.

Personal Commentary: Tough day in the gym today, half way through my workout I had to leave the gym, go outside and continue to throw up my breakfast for about five minutes. Good workout though, workout partner drilled me! I am now destroyed mentally and physically, great pump, little endurance...

As you start geting experienced with AP - start pushing out the time between dosing and eating. This will stimulate your appetite through the roof without fear of hypo - you will actually get a nice thermo effect. After about a month, try about 20 minutes.

Yeah, after my spew my workout partner asked if I wanted to stop... I replied, "Mate I didn't just get this far and spew for nothing." haha, continued for another hour... feeling a little light headed to be honest, but man it was a good leg workout! And I have another leg workout this Friday... YAY!

Yep. So you'll be stacking IGF-2 with that NeoVar Recomped you have. And possibly adding in RPM :)

doing chest first, the back, doing 3 exercises on each muscle group, doing 8-12 reps per set.

Chest:
Flat bench barbell
Incline DB flies
Incline barbell press

Back:
Seated Row
Single hand cable lat pulldown
Bent over Row

You may even want to move from the inclined BB press to a inclined machine - your stabilisers should be sufficently worked already, and you can go heavier relying on brute strength.

Just my 5c for what it's worth.
 
yes on both counts, people were using the required equipment so I had to change the order of the exercises. :)

Personal Commentary: Chest is feeling nice and sore today. Glad today is a rest day as I'm pretty sore all over! Had a massive 10hour sleep! Which was sooo damn deep! To early to say what the supplements are doing, but I'll continue to push hard and see what the numbers of lifts and weight says :)
 
I noticed an increase in libido the first 2 weeks or so of Neovar recomped. Have fun with it! :D

Personal Commentary: Excellent workout, strength was good, endurance excellent. pushed as hard as possible, and even added cheat reps. Having a workout partner is really helping, great intensity. Libido still high, possibly AX kicking in.

Personal Commentary: good workout, triceps went really well, tried a few new exercises so couldn't judge strength, but got a great pump. Libido is still high and is confidence. Stack is going great so far.

Quick review of products so far:
Activate Xtreme: Seems to be increasing libido and alpha male feeling is creeping back in. Look like a good buy so far.
IGF2: Deep sleeps have kicked in, as well as recovery starting to pick up. This may also have an effect on libido.
Anabolic Pump:Pumps have been ok thus far, nothing mind blowing, the recomp effects are what i'm looking for from this.
Poseidon: Skin is clear.. cant comment much further on this.
Neovar Recomped: To early to tell, no major strength gains yet.
Gut Health: Haven't noticed a decrease in bloating. will wait and see with more time if anything changes.
Orange Triad: Joints do feel better since starting this. Less pain in knees and elbows.

Personal Commentary: Hunger is certainly increasing, may be synergy with Anabolic Pump, Neovar and AX. Libido still WAY up. Alpha male mentality has increased. Going well so far, hoping the AX + IGF2 help build muscle and the Anabolic Pump and Neovar 2.0 keep me lean at the same time. Will weight myself thi Monday and note any changes.
