My god man I love this. Big fan of pumpkin roll and this looks much like a take on them in the cinnamon rolls department. Big fan here!

Big fan of Pumpkin? I did not use pumpkin in the recipe?
Speaking of pumpkin though. I cant wait for pumpkin stuff to start rolling out.
I may do a whole month and feature nothing but pumpkin based recipes.
Rocket3015 wanna beta-test some more recipes in the fall?
 
What does everyone think of myprotein for a brand? Never tried it. Or is PEScience still one of the best? Also does myprotein always have that many flavors...drools

I personally am not a fan of them. A lot of people say the flavoring is weak. I rather pay a bit more for PES, Cellucor, MAN Sports, MTS, Ghost, USP Labs which I found superior in all aspects to flavor. I have tried a ton of flavors from MyProtein and they seemed to be pretty weak and mixes thin. My friend works for the company and he sent me a care package of almost all the flavors off the line with sample packs, I only had a select few that would be worth purchasing (Chocolate Smooth) is pretty damn good for a regular flavor.

The period is in the wrong position but my point is still made. I'm a fan of pumpkin roll the whole texture and all. This looks very similar to a cinnamon rolls take on pumpkin roll...

Looking back at my comment it even says exactly what I just did lol

Yeah the . made it seem like "Big fan of pumpkin" which it is not lol.
I make my pumpkin rolls and cinnamon rolls the same. Make a large roll and cut them up. Ill have to do another pumpkin roll this fall they are so easy to make and super low calorie. Pumpkin Pie's, Pumpkin cakes, Pumpkin Cookies, Pumpkin Brownies and Blondies, and then I will have to try and make macaroons and other things just to get in the season.

Good to know, what about Universal Nutrition Animal Whey. I think Ghost blueberry is top notch!! I haven't tried Ghost's other flavors though.

They can't be beat for quality:price for sure. The flavors can be on the weak side as far as how much fluid you can use, but they've been getting better and better every few months.

Frankly, for the price, they're 100% worth it even if the flavor is just ok. Macros and quality are flawless.

Would never touch anything BPI. They advertise a chromadex seal as being tested and proven, but yet to provide a 3rd party test or COA. if you ask their reps they refuse to do so. Very sketchy, I would never buy, purchase, or try their products.
But that is my opinion.

Pumpkin is my favorite flavor in everything except beer. A pumpkin pie slice with a massive glob of Cool Whip on top of it is my favorite dessert. Second is probably carrot cake or cinnamon rolls...

Its their way of saying their products are tested and true
When in reality if you ask BPI, email them, or ask a rep for a 3rd party test. They beat around the bush and can't provide a test to show their protein meets label claims. For a company that constantly has stuff on BOGO.. Very sketchy

thanks for the info, I actually got asked to be an affiliate athlete and I know of there products but wasn't super impressed. Thank you! still waiting on my PEScience affiliation ... :(

Chromadex is a joke. Flavouring is well below par these days. Pricing makes us all suspicious about whey quality

My own opinions.

i second this. bpi is terrible at anything but flavoring bcaas.

1mr/vortex makes me sick
whey hd flavors are so weak that 3oz of liquid ruins them

kjkitzman just bought all 6 of my documents (over 200 recipes) the other day.
I am working on making them into PDF's for downloadable Ebooks which I will publish and sell.
Of course I am always working on adding more recipes!

I'd support that E-book for sure

I hope to get mine done as well one day but I want all new, previously unpublished recipes. It's no joke how much time it can take to design a recipe, test batches, cut/plate to look aesthetic, photograph, type up and macro count.

Plus coming up with an idea gets hard once you've baked a few hundred

Preach.... I sometimes take 10-15 pictures before I settle on which one I like best....
Once you get about 100+ Deep in recipes its hard to start thinking of tweaks, or ask for suggestions. Then you sound like a broken record of "yeah i made that before"...

Bob - do you use a certain kind of pancake mix when baking? Favorite brand?
 
So I made the Chocolate chip Muffins and it was very doughy once everything was mixed, so I add water to get to the right consistency... I dont know if that changes it. I followed directions to a T. Tastes yummy. The batter stuck to the muffin wraps though, did I do something wrong.

If muffins or cupcakes are going to be made somewhat often I highly recommend grabbing some silicone liners

Cheap to grab a dozen, lasts forever, no sticking.

Cooking times could go up very slightly (like, one minute lol)
 
I agree with Bob that they look great! You did good with the photo!
