Cooking with whey

This was by far the best dough I've made

I actually don't use a knife, I loop a piece of floss around the roll and pull it straight. it cuts the dough with out squishing it

This is why I use a steak knife, does not squish the cinnamon roll's at all. Makes a crisp cut and keeps them nice and round.
We should call that "The Money Method"

Pun intended :)

Looks amazing, as does the Cin buns..

Best part is I do not even have a donut maker. I use a muffin trey and tinfoil. Just have to get creative. I have a lot more donut recipes coming. I have been selling them local because a lot of people at the gym love them. Seems to be a huge hit.

Thank you sir :D

Gat dam now that's a cheesecake
No problem thanks for the ideas!

That cheese cake looks like those delightful cookies they always lure me into getting at Kroger.:D

Anyone else hold a little extra weight after smashing a cheesecake from all the dairy? I always tend to be up an extra pound or two even fitting them into my kcals

I seem to be good with dairy in any amount but I also increase fibre elsewhere that day. A protein cheesecake is a good 1000+ cals with nothing to push it along

Bright and clear, looking great sir

I have a new backdrop kit I havent used yet, that photo makes me want to
