Trust, worth every bite. Have I let you down yet :)?
Since I am off today ill get these out since they are still fresh. Then I can hammer out the rest of my chores. Shoot you tracking in an hour or so.

Macros will be written on a note in the box. I am going to wrap them in bubble wrap, so this way the mail man can't destroy them during the shipping process. This should keep them 100% in tact.

I'm working on PB&J Thumbprint cookies for a post soon

Cannot decide which jam will go best with it... Strawberry the top option?

I was just thinking one of these 2 (Raspberry, blackberry) I LOVE FRESH BERRIES !!

Guess I'm the only heathen in the bunch -- team grape checking in!

*the others all taste good still; just what I was raised on, so when I think PB&J, my nostalgia wants grape

Hush, or I'll collapse another interstate overpass to slow your days further down!

too late... the main east-west road has a giant sinkhole as I left on monday haha... now our main north road is gone and our main e-w has a cave in the middle... gonna have to buy myself a helicopter now just to get home.

Made with PEScience new Select Protein Peanut Butter Cookie again, loving how this one bakes!

-2 cups "just add water" pancake mix
-1 egg
-2 scoops PBC Select Protein
-0.5 cups light peanut butter
-2 tsp Stevia
-2 cups skim milk
-1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-1/4 cup white whicolate chips

Directions:
-Pre-heat oven to 350
-In a large bowl add and whisk together the pancake mix, Stevia, and protein.
-Beat the egg and add with liquids. Melt peanut butter in yhe microwave first to mix it in easier.
-stir in the chocolate chips last and transfer to a greased 10x10 baking dish
-Bake for 18-20 minutes until bottom lightly browned, let cool
-Devour.

Pancake mixes vary, you may need more water. Aim for a pudding thickness.

Late post there I almost forgot to share it here, I just made a cheesecake but I'm not sure I'll get to photograph it just yet company is on its way over and it is setting... I will make sure a slice survives to photograph lol

Love cheesecake so much but it's one of the few things I've always struggled to make. I seem to have trouble getting it to set well enough.

Cook longer at a lower temp. Prevents cracking and helps setting. I do 350 for 30, then 200 for around 45-60 minutes.
Also make sure you let it sit in the fridge for at least 6 hours (if not overnight) to let it thicken.

I am looking forward to making something with peanut butter cookie Select.

Chef Dylan and Chef Bob, which do you think is the easiest recipe to start off with? My chef skills are pretty poor lol.

mugcake fasted and easiest thing to make.

1 scoop Select
1 serving pancake mix/flour (about 40g)
Dash of sea salt
Dash of sweetener (Splenda/Truvia whatever you guys have in the UK)
I use SF/FF Pudding Mix (1 Serving) I don't think you have that in the UK

Wet:
1 Egg or 2 Egg Whites
2oz of Yogurt or Applesauce (50g)

1)mix all dry together in a bowl, mix wet in a seperate, and mix together to form batter. You may have to add a bit more water to make it look like protein pudding (but a bit thinner)
2)Coat a tupperware container (circular) with cooking spray) transfer batter and cook on MEDIUM for 3-5 minutes.
3)You will know its close to done when you can poke the outside edges and the top is starting to get firm around the edges but it is a little gooey in the center.
4)Transfer to a plate (Just put the plate under the container and flip it over) and let it sit for a bit (the gooey spot will finish cooking while its cooling.
5)Enjoy.

^^^ OLD VIdeo, but you get the drift (i just used almond milk instead of yogurt, but i found yogurt/applesauce gives it a thicker and better consistency as a binding agent)

Can also top with a PBC protein glaze or use a FCC/CPBC Glaze to get the chcolate/pb combo. Whip Cream , Cocoa powder as a glaze for chocolate, powdered peanut butter whatever....

Should look like this: ( with added whip cream)

That reminds me.. I haven't cooked a mugcake or a lavacake yet with Select. I should probably make a PB Cookie mugcake with a chocolate lava center.. (CPBC)

Any possible substitute for the pancake mix to keep it low carb?

You can buy some online, expensive though. I have baked with them in the past, and they come out much harder (not as soft/fluffy)

Still 12g of carbs a serving.

This one uses a blend of oat flour which IMO is not great for rising agents. Oatmeal is dense and will prohibit it from rising to its peak and give it a dry texture to the final product.

Never tried this, but its expensive.
