Fun fact: in Indiana, PB and Marshmallow fluff is known as Amish peanut butter :p

And everywhere else: fluffernutter haha
 
Amish peanut butter makes me sound more health conscious and less like a little fatty hahaha

It also makes me assume it was hand churned by a sexy amazing girl (which I assume is possible ha)

I need baking tips. I want to try these when I get some free time, but I literally never bake cookies/cakes/etc so don't want to **** it up.

Dry:


1 Serving Extra Fluffy Complete Pancake Mix (40g)

1/2 Cup Oatmeal (40g) Grind into a powder
Dash of Splenda
 (3g)
Dash of Baking Powder
 (3g)
1 Scoop PB Cookie PES Whey (30g)
1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix Vanilla (8g)
Dash Sea Salt (1g)
1 TBSP Peanut Butter (16g)

Wet:

1 Egg

1oz Greek Yogurt
 (25g)
1oz Applesauce (25g)

Toppng:
Dash Sea Salt (1g)
 
3 ingredient nutter butter style cookies made last night.

The only bad part about a cheesecake. You have to let it sit and thicken when you want to eat it right away.
You are so right with that. I rarely have the patience to sit through the torture!
 
3 Ingredient healthy Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies

No added sugar, no flour, protein packed and delicious.

Made with PEScience new Select Protein Peanut Butter Cookie, a must try.

Can yield up to 12 cookies if you don't want them huge like mine &#55357;&#56841;

Ingredients:
-1.3 cups light peanut butter
-1 egg
-2 scoops PBC Select Protein

Directions:
-Pre-heat oven to 325
-Add PB to a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted (around 45 seconds)
- Stir the protein powder into this, reserve about 1/5 of the mix for the filling (or bake it all into standard cookies) add beaten egg.
-Scoop out desired size balls onto a greased baking sheet, bake for 12-14 minutes until slightly risen and browned on the bottom
-Let cool, sandwich filling between pairs of cookies
-Try microwaving 15 seconds before eating, trust me!
-Devour.
