I gave a few to mkretz and I sent a few to another friend in the mail. They both said the cookies were good. The lady I sent the cookies to said the marshmallow could of been stronger. I need to figure out a way to balance the marshmallow in that cookie with the chocolate and nuts.

glue a whole marshmallow on top or make a sandwich with 2 cookies and a marshmallow.

Seriously tho, as I'm sitting here drooling about marshmallows tho now - you could prob just put a think layer of CD all around a mallow, and set the whole ball on the tray and bake. It may ooze a bit, but a good portion would stay id think.

My apologies for the late response.

TBH, I hate Cheesecake. Not this one though. It tasted ok after an hour of refrigeration, but after a night in the fridge it was amazetein

Prep time: 1 hour
Cook time: 10 mins
Total time: 1 hour 10 mins
Makes one 9" pie (8 servings).
Ingredients

Crust:
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter (85g)
⅓ cup filtered water (79ml)
½ cup Finaflex Chocolate Milkshake Clear Protein (56g)
1 tablespoon black cocoa powder (5g)

Filling:
½ cup creamy peanut butter (128g)
8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature (1 cup or 224g)
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (114g)
½ cup peanut flour (or powdered peanut butter) (60g)
½ cup Finaflex Vanilla Cakebatter Clear Protein (45g)
⅛ teaspoon sea salt (0.6ml)

Topping:
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted (14g or 15ml)
1 tablespoon black cocoa powder (5g)
½ teaspoon swerve confectioner's style erythritol (2.5ml)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325F (163C).

Start to make the crust by mixing the peanut butter and water.

Add in protein powder and cocoa. Mix well.

Press crust into a 9" pie pan.

Bake for about 10 minutes, until cooked and firm.

Remove crust from oven and let cool. (Speed this up by placing it in the fridge or freezer.)

Meanwhile, with a food processor or electric mixer, combine the peanut butter,

Cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth.

Add remaining filling ingredients and process until smooth.

Spoon filling into cooled crust, and even it out with a rubber spatula (or the back of a large spoon).

Place in refrigerator (about an hour) or freezer (20 minutes) to set.

Once the pie is firm and cool, mix the chocolate topping ingredients and drizzle over the pie. The topping should firm up as it hits the cool pie.

Slice, and enjoy!

Same recipe i use for pancakes and waffles.. I just use it to bake cookies...
I don't get too fancy with my cooking/baking. Just modify a recipe, swap out ingredients, and you can create endless things. Find something that works. Stick with it, and rinse/repeat and adjust as needed.

Dry:

2 Serving Extra Fluffy Complete Pancake Mix (80g)

Dash of Splenda
 (3g)
Dash of Baking Powder
 (3g)
1 Scoop Modern Vanilla Powder (30g)
1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix Vanilla (8g)
1 Serving White Chocolate Chips (14g)

Wet:

1 Egg

1oz Greek Yogurt
 (25g)
Water to Batter Consistency

The bagels alone were 150g, the blewbs, cereal crust were all bonus carbs haha...

And I may have had a huge bowl of just cereal afterwards ??*♂️

I go 2-3x a time for produce, so that way my veggies don't go bad (usually buy fresh).
Plus i have to stop for grandma since she is 86, and I do not trust her going herself. She has had some hot flashes and gets winded very easy.

Haha I'm the same way about shopping. Grocery stores are like my favorite place to wander. I stop almost every day just to scope deals

If I was in the US with more food options, or travelled as much as yourself where you could come across exclusives, I'd be hanging out in grocery stores far too often for sure
