Snickerdoodle crust, Sugar Cookie Spread "Sauce", Cinnamon Toast Crunch and cut up cinnamon buns as toppings with a vanilla cream cheese protein icing!

Crust Ingredients:
-2 scoops Snickerdoodle Select protein
-2/3 cup whole wheat flour
-3 tbsp virgin olive oil
-1/4 cup skim milk (+ water as needed)
-2 large eggs
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-2 tsp Stevia
-1.5 tsp salt
-0.5 tsp baking soda

Toppings:
-5 divided 2-bite Cinnamon Buns
-1/4 cup Sugar Cookie spread
-1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

Vanilla Cream Cheese Protein Icing:
-3 tbsp light cream cheese, softened
-3 tbsp skim milk
-1/2 scoop Gourmet Vanilla Select protein
-1 tsp Vanilla extract
-Desired amount Stevia, or icing sugar

Directions:
-Pre-heat oven to 375, grease a 9" pie dish or other round
-Whisk all dry crust ingredients together in a large bowl.
-Best eggs in another bowl, mix together all wet ingredients and add, stir into main bowl
-Transfer to dish, bake for 9-10 minutes until top is firm.
-Cover in spread/sauce
-Top it as done here, or with any cinnamon desserts you love!
-Devour!

What caught my eye was how perfectly round these look, were they rolled up as balls when they went in the oven and then flattened?

That only seems to work for me when I use a solid fat source (butter/margarine/coconut oil)

Get you some cloves!
Gingerbread = cinnamon/ginger/cloves

Usually around 2:2:1

Nutmeg seems to be an optional addition (which I like but today I'm working without)
