Has anyone here tried the diet soda + packet of cake/muffin mix trick?
I don't have much time during the week to cook stuff like this up so i do it on the weekends. But was thinking if it actually works, making a batch of fat free muffin mix and a diet soda, then throw in oven is easy as can be.
If anyone has do they come out dry/chewy?

I've used Sprite Zero to make make pancakes with success.

My whole house smells like Maple Cheesecake

This needs to be a new air freshener or candle scent

Newest Cheesecake from Cheesecake factory.
Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch.

Love me some cheesecake.

Half the compliment is that no one noticed the background. lol

If i can take pictures outside i always do. The natural lighting really enhances the final product.
Thats how you know it is my backyard :)

Dylan recently told me about that, and I have to agree.

Maple cream cookies crushed into a crust, and more cookies to line the outer edge of course.

It's currently setting, and glazed since this shot.

I don't
But I do have another kind of mint I just grabbed

I am calling wtf on the macros though, carbs cannot be that low chocolate coated, even with an unsweetened chocolate...
(Not even my Krisda brand Stevia sweetened chocolate)

Either fat or carbs is higher than shown there I'd bet

Or said person practises the dark arts

I'm still not big on mint but I can try!

Maybe they are super tiny cookies.

I just found that site the other day. Gonna try some stuff.

The old close-up shot to disguise the size trick eh?

Possible, and tragic

I tried to do a protein ball recipe the other day that was supposed to yield 28 balls. I used a tiny coffee scooper that holds just over an ounce and got only 14 balls. Must've been super tiny IRL.

Yeah... I found a couple baking blogs to be unreliable, that one looks great though

A few Brownie recipes counted macros using a 5x5 cut for 25
... In a 10" pan.

Nobody wants a 2" x 2" Brownie

I like cutting 3x3 for myself, good portions, (4x4)x2 if I'm baking for a crowd

Those tubs last me forever. I like to cut with milk choc protein at like a 4:1 choc to WCM ratio
