Here is an easy oneNo one has recipes for these awesome things!? Lol
Nice keto cake recipe, going to give it a try. Think adding a little almond butter in would keep it more creamy and moist?Protein "cake".
Crush protein poofs, IsoPoofs etc
KetoGenics brand Zero carb all natural protein - few scoops. 3 maybe
1/2 cup Fage 0% high protein low carb yogurt
Water and liquid egg whites to desired consistency. The batter is super thick so spread and tap pan until it flattens out evenly.
Cinnamon, allulose etc. For some added sweetness.
2tbsp of low/zero carb maple syrups
1tsp Baking powder
Bake at 350 to 370° for 20 to 25 min
Comes out crispy on the outside and moist on the inside and not that dry, choking consistency of the typical baked protein powder recipe
I also make protein muffins.
Today I toasted a big piece (see photo) and topped it off with some runny protein sludge using KetoGenics brand Peanut Butter Cookie Iso-Whey. I usually just toast and butter it and its so damn tasty. This is like a 85 to 90% protein macro treat. View attachment 190827View attachment 190828View attachment 190829
Awesome and thanks for this. I agree the fathead dough has too much fat and calories and I've always stayed away from it. This is a great alternative. Finally perfected my #doughtein pizza. Protein based crust recipe. (Recipe here: www.dotein.com)
Seasoned damn well, topped with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, regular and turkey pepperoni plus roast beef Rao's low carb vodka sauce
For the pizza dough used Ketogenics brand unflavored Iso Whey protein
Was so good!View attachment 190849View attachment 190850
