What I like about his recopies is they in versatile in the sense that he has a foundation of ingredients that can be used for pancake, muffins, etc.

Bob, how do you keep the ingredients from those protein balls from sticking to your hands, do you slightly wet your hands first?

man, i really need to make some of these when I get back home... have had a donut pan for almost a year and always forget about it.

I personally love some plain ole whey protein pudding. My fav is 1 scoop moca cappuccino 1 scoop vanilla and around 150ml HWC or half and half...trying to stay keto here ya know, lol

OL Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies



Recipe:



Dry:

3/4th Cup Complete Pancake Mix (60g)

Dash of Baking Powder
 (2g)

1 Scoop OL Mocha Protein Powder (33g)

1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips (16g)



Wet:

1 Egg


3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
(50g)

Water to Batter Consistency




Oatmeal ones --> Only addition was 1/3rd up oatmeal.

Those Look yummy Bob., You have a lot of time on your hands to be doing all of that. I know because I used too.

I work 4 jobs, I don’t have lots of time on my hands. Recipes don’t take more then 10-15 minutes unless I am baking something like a cheesecake for over an hour. All of These are quick and easy anyone can do them.

I get what you mean bro. Just the motivation to take the extra time and prep even if it is just the extra 15 mins is hard to commit to sometimes. Your comment can be mistook pretty easily but I fully get what you mean bro. We all have some busy schedules and just fitting in the planning, shopping and following through can be a pain sometimes. I'm trying to get back to the dedication I had a while back but once you get in the groove of it all it usually seems to just become part of the routine and no longer seems difficult.
