I have been watching each twice and a third if I had a count discrepancy, and Sean will as well. Then we pow-wow on any reps we feel don’t cut it and that will give us the totals to determine winners. I’d like to announce by tomorrow hopefully!
 
With everyone waiting until the end I have no idea where I might be in the running. Even if I didn't win I got a helluva a push up session in!

Me too! Crazy how i work out 6 days a week usually and im sore as a MFer after those pushups yesterday. Definitely adding in some high rep pushups for my arm day for the triceps

A max rep set of dips or push ups is an awesome way to end any push workout.

I received my tub on Friday the 27th. I didn't get to use it until yesterday (cherry limeade).
-I used it in 14oz of water, and to be honest the flavor was not very good to my liking. It had a pleasant very subtle limeade flavor, but within a few seconds a bad tart after taste that lingers.
-The performance was great though! The pumps were painful (good painful) and easier to maintain a mind+muscle connection throughout the workout. ---The 300mg did not hit hard. It simply just woke me up without any jitters and was ready to start training. I was able to outperform my deadlifts from last week.
 
I got mine in and will be using it tonight. I will post up my first impressions then.

Honestly I would try 6-8oz water. When you dilute it that much you can’t cover the nasty stuff effectively.

If you still dislike it, put it in a few oz, shoot, and chase with additional water.

Yea i’ll try it out with less. I was just going based on label directions/ recommendations 12-16oz

I always have a pint+ before training, but personally I will often mix preWO in a smaller amount and follow with more. Just a personal preference.

Mixed one rounded scoop of WHITE FLASH with 12oz water.

Flavor- 8/10
*Both the cherry and limeade flavors were subtle imo, may be because of the dilution. However, the tartness from the limeade was definitely obvious after the initial cherry. I’ll edit what it’s like with less water.

Energy 9/10
300mg is my sweet spot. Keeps me locked in and isn’t too much to cause jitters.

Pump 10/10
Most work for volume I did was OHP for, four sets of six. However my delts were full enough to crinkle my shirt by my anterior delt.

Other- i was extremely outgoing while in the gym? I typically pop my headphones in and get to work but I was talking between sets with random people...

Solid pre.
 
I have tried White Flash twice now, and I enjoyed it both times.
Green Apple Flavor - The flavor itself is quite mild and enjoyable but then the ingredients overpower the flavor system in the end. With what is in there and in the amounts there are in White Flash. I think they did a great job killing off most of the bitter! Only way to have done better would have been to make it sweeter but then it may have been too sweet.

Pump - I got a great pump for both workouts. Definitely delivered in that category!

Energy - my understanding is that this is just supposed to be a nice little boost and that is what it was for me. I had just enough enough kick to increase performance and motivation with no negative sides.
