I know I didn't really make an update for yesterday everyone...sorry about that.

Reason being is I really only woke up for about 7 hours before going back to bed. In that time I cleaned my room a bit, did 50 pushups, played tennis for 2 hours, and then my uhh...cardio :)

Woke up stupid early today so i'm hoping to get a nap at some point. The overnight shift will really suck if by the end I am awake for 27 hours :(

Hahaha. We will see. I have this problem where I actually tend to respect women. I just enjoy the game of knowing I CAN get them which is why for some reason I always go for women with boyfriends.

That redhead is pretty hot, though. I think she was checking out my glutes when I was walking into class the other day. Now that you say it, I guess I will pursue that one. No reason not to. :thumbsup:

Spicy Controlled Crab over whole wheat pasta asian style

Ingredients :

1 can super lump crab meat (I would have preferred a fresh live crab but I live in PA and it sucks)
1 box whole wheat spaghetti
2 bushels green onions
dried red chiles (I didn't have any which messed me up right away. Instead I used spicy long green peppers)
10 cloves garlic
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can baby corn
1 can bean sprouts
low sodium soy sauce
hot red chile paste
chile infused sesame oil


A way We Go :

- Boil your whole wheat spaghetti until it is tender
- At the same time in a large saute pan or wok, get your sesame chile oil and hot peppers warming
- Add your crab, bamboo, bean sprouts, and baby corn to the wok/saute pan
- about 5 minutes later, add your crushed garlic and chopped green onions to the wok/saute pan. Throw in a little soy sauce and some hot chile paste to the mixture.
- Mixture should be done within 2 minutes of that and you can remove from saute pan/wok and set aside in a seperate bowl.
- Take your completed spaghetti and put it in the same wok/pan you just used for the mixture.
- Let get warm and then add some soy sauce and some more chopped green onions and garlic. Mix in enough soy to make the pasta a slight off-black hint. It will taste like whole wheat lo mein.
- Put your pasta in a bowl and sprinkle romano cheese overtop.
- Garnish with grissini whole wheat breadsticks (imported from Italy) and some green onion.

haha I couldn't do it. You're probably a fan of Massachusetts sports teams...and that means we couldn't possibly hangout ;)

Although...you'd have much fresher ingredients for this dish there.....hmmmmmmm...:think:
 
9/25/08 - Day 28

Wow today was insane. I originally woke up at 5am which was awful since I had to work overnight and wouldn't get back home til at least 8am the following day. Then I ran around like mad killing off all my energy so that I could eventually take a nap. Once I got up with the nap I took my Cre-02 and felt so good that I did a workout. The workout ended up ripping up my hands to the point of extreme soreness and bleeding, so I decided to stop early. Then I took my blue gene and got another solid amount of working out done at work with trash and linens and floors. Now it's 8am and I am beat...but wanted to update before I go pass out.

Day was laid out as follows :

9/26/08 - Day 29

So today has reached it's end. To be honest, I cannot say i'm upset, haha. It was a tough one at work. I chose to take today as a rest day and i'm glad that I did. I went in to a staff of 8 people and had to get the whole back of house squared away on a friday night. My normal friday night staff is around 17-18 people. Needless to say....Deuce was running around like a looney tune all night. Mass cardio, Heavy lifting, etc. It was nuts.

Today would seem to be my last day on log but...for some reason I have 31.5 days worth of pills? haha. I hope sir Rows gives me a response on that...but the count was definitely off and I have an extra day + extra 3 pills. Being as that is...I plan to run straight through monday and put up final analysis, measurements, and review on tuesday. You'll have to bear with me though...because tuesday is rather insane for me.

I just said last post how it's kind of weird but there wasn't an exact 30 days in my bottle. There's actually 31.5 days or so. With that, I will run it all. No reason to not log it since I have it, haha.

The spike in libido has been unreal. I haven't felt anything like it since taking rpm/drive by AN and even still, I think it's stronger now. When I stopped using rpm/drive is when I noticed a huge difference though...so we'll see once I stop taking Blue Gene.

I have only noticed slight aggression increase which is good. Normally on a product of it's nature, I will become a giant a$$hole, haha. I haven't had many tendencies to want to lash out in the last month.

I don't want to say too much with my final review in only 3 days, haha
 
I have been changing the doses a lot. Sometimes with food, sometimes without, sometimes with other supps, sometimes without, sometimes pre w/o, sometimes during, sometimes post, sometimes before a 2nd workout of the day, etc.

Just trying to get the most out of it :)

In a 2 workout split, I took Cre-02 before the first one and Blue Gene before the 2nd and both workouts were awesome.
