So today I decided to switch out my 4 caps of KNO3 for 4 caps of X-gel and stack it with 1 scoop of conqu3r and lord have mercy. I had just finished my first thing in the morning fasted cardio, ate one meal, and took those pre-workout and I literally had one of the best workouts of my life. I was in the gym for 2 and half hours. I finished everything and did 30 minutes of extreme stretching with calf workouts (I can not get them to hit 18" to save the life of me).
On at least 3 different exercises I could life 5lbs heavier with extra 2 second hold on every rep and I had done more with less rest than last week (I write my workouts down).
Seriously, if you have the chance the stack these two pre-workouts you truly should. It is simply amazing!
