Conqu3r with X-gel

So today I decided to switch out my 4 caps of KNO3 for 4 caps of X-gel and stack it with 1 scoop of conqu3r and lord have mercy. I had just finished my first thing in the morning fasted cardio, ate one meal, and took those pre-workout and I literally had one of the best workouts of my life. I was in the gym for 2 and half hours. I finished everything and did 30 minutes of extreme stretching with calf workouts (I can not get them to hit 18" to save the life of me).

On at least 3 different exercises I could life 5lbs heavier with extra 2 second hold on every rep and I had done more with less rest than last week (I write my workouts down).

Seriously, if you have the chance the stack these two pre-workouts you truly should. It is simply amazing!
 
Nice I do x factor and prejym, but when i run out am going to try conq3r for sure to go with my ep1c! Also, i love peak beta plus.

I have EP1C coming my way also. I can't wait to try it out. Conq3r is hands down THE BEST pre-workout. I gave it to couple of guys that run GH, peptides, and AAS and even they were like holy sh!t. A lot of members on here haven't ran peptides before but when someone gives up peptides and lowers their TNE dosage before workout because of an effect of a pre-workout then you know that product is legit.

I have torn labrum, injured knees, and a nurve pinch so I'm scared to run X-gel back to back on every workout due to the inflammation it causes but I have to say that it is worth it. To be honest I didn't think it would be that intense because I ran it with superpump 3 and I was like "meh, it's alright"...but with conqu3r it was freaking intense. SNS...always giving out the right products at the right price. I love you guys :)

Ughhh! Something is wrong with me... I can't feel conqu3r at all. Everyone has great reviews and Im like the only one that's a first timer at it with no pump.

Don't feel bad it happens and I'm going through the same thing with a particular pre-workout that everyone is ranting and raving
about but I'm not feeling what they are claiming to feel.

May have to try this. I cant train calves when I take potassium nitrate. pump is to much. Pretty much have to go heavy with lower reps only.
 
thats one crazy pump stack...potassium nitrates alone give me all the pump i need, throw in cit mal and agmatine and wow...plus all the endurance benefits
 
I can say pretty firmly that Conqu3r is my favorite pre-workout on the market. A couple come close, but nothing tops it for me.

I hope this never goes away.
 
To those who aren't getting much out if their pre-workout. What is your diet like leading up to your workout and water/sodium intake like?

I just started a run with X-gels, so to take full advantage on them I workout fasted. I pop my ArA, GMS, and ALCAR 45 min before my workout. Then about 5 min before my workout I down some BCAAs. I usually don't take any PWO, but I had a sample of conquer so I took it about 25/30 min before my workout. I had a decent pump from the ArA, but didn't notice anything special with the addition on Conquer. Not trying to bash the product, because it sure does have a ton of positive reviews. I'm sure if taken alone, without ArA I would have been able notice a better pump, but stacked with the ArA I didn't notice anything additional.

Well, training fasted is a total pump killer to begin with. Then it becomes and issue of carb consumption the night before and that's < stellar than pre carbs for pumps and muscle strength.

I still have yet to try x-gels. Just the old x-factor before we knew about all the cool stacking options.

2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites
4-8 oz of meat maybe chicken or steak depends on my mood
1-2 cups of basmati rice
14 grams of flaxseed oil, 4 tbsp of flax meal
1 - banana/ cup of berries, again depends on my mood
1 - B-complex
Ostarine @ 10mg

1:45pm - 2 caps of follidrone
2:00pm - Conqu3r

Night before I carb up too if the next day is a heavy lifting day. (Rice, beans, steak/chicken)
 
KNO3 alone doesn't give me a lot of pumps. Samething with X-gel. But when I stack them with conqu3r they both complement each other. I literally think I was in the gym for 3hrs today and I didn't even notice it until I was leaving the gym. I had done an hour of fasted cardio in the morning, ate, and went to the gym. All my lifts basically had gone up by a rep or some amount of weight but the inflation is screwing with my torn shoulder a little. So I might have to stop a bit or take some serious anti-inflammatory during the rest of the day.

I think I did 7 sets of Deadlifts alone. 5 reps but ALL with slow reps. Samething with DB row (I'm not doing deadstop this month). And on close grip pull down my lift went up by a plate and I did every rep slow with a 2 second pause at the bottom. My check up this week is going to be awesome! :banana:

Just two weeks going on third by Friday. My progress is ok I might switch back to my orig pre before going on osta to gauge my actual strength increase

Do you by chance follow interment fasting or Lean gains by chance?
 
I eat 5-6 meals a day and going for leaner gains this year. Last year I broke all my prs when I ran ara and just ate like a pig. This year I want quality gains. Why do you ask?

He was asking if you did the IF or Leangains (basically IF + carb cycling) diet. I guess in a way you answered his question tho.

Aahh I wasn't familiar with the term leangains thanks for clarifying that and yes I think I answered his question by accident :). I eat carbs on every meal now. I did a modified carb cycling type of diet for a few months but that's done now too. I want to break barriers this year that's why I'm on AM :)

Lord Id be busting out of my skin! Especially when I take KNO3 and the Conqu3r Samples together!

I don't know what to try next. I think I'm going to continue with 2 scoop of purple wraath as in intra-workout but add 6g of l-carnitine to it. I was going to use this intra-workout (which I freaking LOOOOOVED) but idk if 1.5g of agmatine from conqu3r and the 1.5g from the intra-workout would add any extra benefit.

I switched to strive for intra and never looked back! I used to like the purple though
 
Guys the CONQU3R love in here is the reason why we do what we do! It is awesome to see so many people enjoying our products, seriously! Thank you for the feedback! Keep training your asses off and get hyyyyyoooooggggeeee!!!
